It was central to everything and clean. Breakfast was great too

Cons:

The road leading to the property is closed which means the car cannot drop you right in front of the hotel and you need to walk a little bit to the hotel

Локация в старом городе - топ! бутиковый отель, намного приятнее и уютнее Four Seasons, друзья кто остановился там очень пожалели, что не выбрали Merchant. Соотношение цена качество - бомба, обязательно вернемся еще и отдельное спасибо за возможность раннего заселения в 11.00 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Baku. The property is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service.

A special thank you to Orkhan at the reception. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. His professionalism and kindness made me feel truly valued as a guest and added so much to my stay.

Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku!
