Pros:

We had a very good stay! the hotel is designed beautifully, staff were helpful and nice and we were treated very well.
The room was big, comfortable bed and everything was clean. The area was quiet as well yet it was close to the center which we appreciated greatly. The breakfast was excellent.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже во второй раз и ни разу не пожалела о своём выборе.
Наш рейс был утренним, и мы прибыли задолго до официального времени заезда. Тем не менее сотрудники пошли нам навстречу и заселили без лишних вопросов, это сразу задало тон всему пребыванию. Нам также предоставили улучшенный номер с ванной, что стало приятным сюрпризом.
Отель находится в самом центре города. Номера оформлены со вкусом и вниманием к деталям. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает барная зона, уютная атмосфера и грамотный подбор вин.
При выезде ситуация повторилась: вечерний рейс означал, что нам нужно было где-то провести день. Отель предоставил поздний выезд совершенно бесплатно, что позволило собраться без суеты и спешки.
Хочу выразить отдельную благодарность сотрудникам ресепшена, Парвизу и Джафару - за внимательность и профессионализм, а также Орхану за безупречное обслуживание в баре и дельные советы по винам.
Этот отель умеет держать планку. У сети есть и другие объекты в городе, в следующий раз планируем попробовать один из них.

Elegant, comfortable stay close to old city.
Pros:

The hotel is central, close to the old city, restaurants, banks and promenade. The breakfast spread was sumptuous, the rooms elegant, spacious and comfortable. The staff all very obliging.

Cons:

The street is closed to most traffic, so the taxi drops you 200m away on this cobbled street. Manageable even with heavy cases if its not pouring down.

estrutura e equipe incríveis, hotel refinado e bem localizado
Pros:

café da manhã excelente, funcionários extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, localização ótima e o quarto é perfeito.

Cons:

academia um pouco limitada em opções para musculação, mas bastante equipamentos de cardio. Por estar perto de muitos bares e restaurantes, alguns quartos podem ter um resquício de barulho vindo de fora, mas nada que atrapalhe.

Великолепный отель.
Большие номера. Прекрасный завтрак.
Просто суперское место, на 1 этаже где проходят завтраки. Уборка была каждый день.
От отеля легко добраться до старого города, набережной.

Cons:

Единственным минусом было то, что в номерах где нет балкона, не открываются окна.
Объяснили это тем, что это историческое здание.

Very good hotel in old city Baku
Pros:

Everything was excellent. Perfect location in the old city of Baku, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfast. The room was large and well-equipped. Mineral water and coffee capsules are supplied every day.

Cons:

We reserved a room with a window, and we received one. The only problem is that in rooms with a window, it is locked; the window does not open. Therefore, the only ventilation is from the AC, which means you need the AC at all times, causing inconvenience, especially if you have respiratory problems. Take into consideration that even if you reserve a room with a window, it is only for sunlight
