They do not answer to the phone. They do not ansew to my emails. No taxi at the hotel.

I really liked the room with a balcony—it was spacious, well-equipped, and offered plenty of complimentary water, multiple lighting zones, and a roomy bathroom with a bathtub.

We had a wonderful stay at The Merchant Baku. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. What truly made out stay special was the warm hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. The location was great. With foot to most of the attractions. The room.was very comfortable.

Back at this hotel again, it’s one of the best in Baku. Would underline breakfast here and rooms design, very high quality.
Minibar is empty. I would suggest filling it with something as when we tried calling and asking to fill it we were notified that that there’s no chips, no ice cream and many more, so actually there’s nothing you can fill it with. For some guests that can be a big deal.
