Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The food at the restaurants were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and consistently high quality. The room service team was prompt, professional, and always attentive to requests.

I would also like to commend the reception staff for their exceptional hospitality. They were welcoming, efficient, and always willing to assist with any inquiries, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant.

A special thank you to Soha Saad, the Guest Relations Agent, for her outstanding professionalism, kindness, and dedication to ensuring that guests have a memorable stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference to my overall experience.

I would also like to recognize Ahmed from the housekeeping team for maintaining the room to an excellent standard throughout my stay. His hard work, friendliness, and attention to cleanliness were truly appreciated.

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Overall, a pleasant stay mainly due to the service and location, but the room design and noisy AC co
Pros:

Stayed at Hyatt Hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient and close to everything needed. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the stay.

Cons:

On the downside, the AC in the room was very loud which affected comfort during the night. Also, the bathroom setup lacked privacy as there was no proper door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, and the bathroom space itself was quite small.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and quite. It is perfect for family stay. We had fun in the swimming pool. We tried dinner at their restaurant the food was good better than the breakfast. The staff were nice and the toom was ok we hoped for a better view.

Cons:

There are several things that I feel need some improvement like:
- The cleaness of childrens swimming pool ( it wasnt clean)
- The breakfast buffet some was oily like the flafel. Some fruits were not fresh it tasted strange. I could find anything that was yummy and amazing it was average buffet.
