Very clean, calm, relaxing and family friendly. extraordinary staff especially Kyrillos Sedra and Amr Abu Khadijah .

Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd. Goede pastrys, een kok die je ei maakt zoals je wilt en vriendelijke staff. Niet opdringerig.

Cons:

Kamers kunnen gehorig zijn. Ik hoorde op een nacht de buren praten en dat was erg storend voor mijn slaap. De dagen erna was het rustig, maar ik denk dat er toen geen buren waren.

An amazing hotel
Pros:

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cairo West was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — professional, warm, attentive, and always willing to help.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the food was excellent, and the overall service truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was handled with great care and attention to detail.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Cairo, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended.

Staff on reception is very good , trying to compensate minors of your stay

sunbeds uncleaned full of birds sh..t, is it hard to keep it cleaned ? Coffee in pool bar and main restorant awful . 2 ATM machine in hall can't change money even with active option
