Toilets are very low so be wary for people with lower back problems
Do not use ATM's as they have tendency to swallow money and you cannot retrieve unless you begin a 10 day investigation process with the bank in Egypt

Very nice hotel close to the Pyramids
Pros:

Manar, Youstina and Jailan were super nice and upgraded us. Our suite was fantastic. The people were great and always happy to help
