Cons:

There was no staff on site to assist with any enquiries - it’s organised through a third party company. There was no batteries in our TV remote yet the front desk refused to help us because we didn’t book through them.

Good location, pleasant enough, but not luxury
Pros:

The location was good, a lot of amenities nearby. It was great to have a pet friendly option. It was great to have a little apartment to ourselves.

Cons:

It was hugely problematic that there was no physical presence onsite for questions and issues.

On the 2nd day of our stay, we wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom but didn't know how to go about doing this. At the front desk, we were told we had to call specific number. We called 2 or 3 times but nobody answered.

The reason for the request was because the pull out sofa-bed was outrageously uncomfortable. The room is advertised to make it seem that the sofa-bed is a useable bed option. It was so uncomfortable, we wanted to go for a 2 bedroom, but failed. We had to pile all the sofa pillows under the mattress to make it somewhat comfortable. We also did not find extra linens for the sofa-bed so had to use part of the linens from the main bed.

The lack of onsite support was exacerbated when we couldn't get the digital key to open our door and were stuck in the hall for close to 1/2 an hour trying to get help. And, to note, the help we received was not very helpful and, frankly, rude. The person I was speaking to hung up on me as I was explaining the issue and the urgency of getting into the room.

There were no full length mirrors. This is not the worst problem in the world, but when a place advertises itself as luxury, we expect luxury. Unfortunately, for many reasons, this room did not meet that expectation.

Bad experience
Pros:

The location is nice

Cons:

First of all, they make a false advertisement about the apartment. First of all there are no curtains in this apartment, therefore no privacy since there other buildings around where the neighbors could see everything. Second, imagine you're on vacation and every time the sun wakes you up at 5:30 am because there are no curtains. The sheets and towels looks and feels used like they never changed them for years. You have to download and app and have Bluetooth to access the property, you can wait easily 5 to 10 minutes to be able to open the door. Also, since it's a electronic key, i couldn't share it with my partner for her to be able to access the property when i'm not around. I wouldn't recommend this olace and this company for a stay in Montreal.

Good but would not book again re no staff as I stated to fix issues or help re check in or out.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

No staff from booking on site. No place to store luggage prior to or after check out. No one to come up to fix issues you are experiencing when you need them.

Pros:

On the positive side, the location was excellent, and the room size was very good.

Cons:

I would rate this hotel 6 out of 10.
The room was extremely dark at night. In fact, I had to pack my luggage during the daytime just to be able to see everything properly.
The sofa was old, uncomfortable, and looked dirty.
The biggest issue, however, was the bathroom. There was absolutely nowhere in the shower to place shampoo, soap, or other toiletries. We had to either leave them on the floor or step out of the shower each time to put them on the sink. There was also no holder or cup for toothbrushes.
The iron was very old and did not work properly. It leaked water while in use and eventually left shiny dotted marks on one of my shirts.
I believe that when managing a hotel, it is important to spend at least one night in the rooms from time to time to identify these kinds of issues and see what guests are actually experiencing.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:
