Pros:

Een pareltje in centrum Ubud aan de iets rustigere kant. We kregen een gratis upgrade. Het ontbijt was à la carte en heel lekker klaargemaakt. Het personeel was super behulpzaam, wanneer ik ziek werd. Er kwam ook snel een dokter ter plaatse en werd super goed opgelapt.

You could not stay in a better hotel!
Pros:

We were in Indonesia for 5 weeks and by far this was our favourite place to stay. The rooms were beautiful, the restaurant was superb, location a 10 min drive out of town so perfect for us. Staff could not do anymore and were amazing. Honestly would rush back to stay here again.

Some staff members' ability to converse in English impacted their ability to serve us, especially in dining area. And their afternoon te is literally a joke, gave feedback to the staff and they agreed to review.

Overall really nice restaurant, we really like our stay and will be back.
Pros:

It is so peaceful, we relaxed and enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent food selection ( healthy and delicious ) and well priced.
It’s located away from the busy area of Ubud.

Cons:

Spa area needs to be better maintained.

2nd restaurant for afternoon tea not very inviting and pool area could use some update.

Pros:

Helpful friendly staff and delicious food. Pool was lovely. Rooms very comfortable and clean with enormous bathrooms and powerful showers.
