Incredible view across Sorrento, the location is great, a short walk into the centre. The hotel was clean, our room was extremely spacious.
It was on the expensive side, but we did have a superior room with a terrace and hot tub and you view/location are a premium

The hotel was very expensive, which I knew but I think they could have provided better tea and coffee facilities.

As I have said before the food is very good, the view from the bar spectacular, but what makes it special is the staff, S special shout out to Giuseppe such a gentleman.
Just back from the most amazing week in Sorrento for my sister’s 40th birthday and so glad we chose this hotel which was recommended to us by a travel agent friend of my sister.
Everything about it was first class. The room, location, views, cleanliness, food, but most of all the staff in every area. They were just wonderful and so warm and friendly.
I’d arranged prior to arriving for our room to be done up as a surprise on my sister’s actual birthday and again, cannot thank you all enough for the effort put in.
We wish we’d had more chance to say proper goodbyes but were rushing to catch our transfer. We will miss you all and once again, thankyou so much for a wonderful stay.
