Pros:

All the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Everyone was so keen to help and advise. Location is perfect for getting to main areas of uralsk. I will definitely stay here whenever in uralsk. Restaurant for dinner has a large menu and food quality wonderful.

Cons:

Everything was great. Very very minor point it would be nice if the pillows were changed for standard size from the current size, this would add to the comfort for those not used to them.

Absolutely the very best hotel in Uralsk
Pros:

Was very clean and friendly. Gave me early check in at no cost. And also provided umbrella when it was raining.

Все понравилось, буду еще приезжать. Еще и вообще дешево.
Pros:

Все было хорошо, мне все понравилось. Плюс очень классно проживать в центре города, в историческом здании. Оттуда можно пешком дойти до разной исторической застройки. В номерах и коридоре репродукции известных картин - в основном французы 19 века. Это тоже создает настроение.
Предупредительный персонал. На рецепшене администратор помогала и вообще приятная девушка Карина.

Cons:

Не было такого, чуть завтрак можно было разнообразить еще разными блюдами, но это не критично.

Спасибо большое всему персоналу гостиницы за отличный сервис, гостеприимство и помощь на протяжении всего проживания. Все было чисто, комфортно и очень уютно. Отдельное спасибо Нурсултану за доброжелательность и профессиональный подход. Остались только хорошие впечатления, обязательно вернемся еще раз!

Бармен- не умеет делать кофе абсолютно, просили Американо без молоко принесли эспрессо пить невозможно было - сами разбавляли кипятком. Завтрак скудный для 6 000 тенге (2 яйцо, 2 помидоры черри и тост). Очень сильно страдает кухня. На ресепшене немного вышли непонятки - АВР сказали будет электронный выставят в понедельник-вторник (выселялись в сб), на портале не нашли АВР начали писать оказалось что АВР будет бумажный - это ситуация создала на работе немного напряжение.

Хороший отель с приветливым персоналом.
Pros:

Было приятно получить комплимент от отеля в виде печенья в номер, это здорово помогло немного перекусить после дороги.

Cons:

На завтраке хотелось бы видеть кофе машину с возможностью сделать зерновой кофе.

Есть номера для курящих. Старые, правда, нужен ремонт.
В целом, хороший отель для остановки на ночь в пути.
Очень классный персонал, парковка своя, охраняемая.

Cons:

Номерам требуется косметический ремонт.
В ресторане качество еды так себе. Бараниньи косточки пришлось просить пожарить, были жёсткие.
Салат тоже был не очень вкусный.
