Falta de comunicación entre booking y el hotel

Excelente ubicaciones, las habitaciones muy limpias

Cons:

Cuando hice mi reservación con booking especifique el número de personas y aún así no respetaron el precio y me cobraron una persona extra porque entre booking y hotel había diferencia

La ubicación está muy céntrico y cerca de la macroplaza

Cons:

El personal te atiende de mala manera , dejaron la puerta de la habitación abierta y nos percatamos hasta que llegamos por la tarde , nos robaron ropa de las maletas

Accesible y céntrico, buena zona.

Cons:

No tiene ventanas, al menos la habitación que me tocó y se siente encerrado, un espejo por lo menos daría amplitud...
Se activo la alarma de incendios a media noche en 2 ocasiones y en recepción nadie se enteró, tuvo que ir mi esposo al lobby a pedir que la retiren. Entramos y no habían botellitas de agua ni jabones ni cortesía, las pedimos. La cama está dura y solo hay un par de almohadas muy delgadas. Cosas que se pueden mejorar muy fácil.

El servicio y atención del personal del estacionamiento

Cons:

Las instalaciones, el mueble del lavabo es de algo erado y ya estaba reventado , las toallas de baño en algún tiempo muy lejano fueron blancas. Hoy ya no lo son. El olor de la habitación no era agradable.

Todo, la avitacion no tenia ventanas la cama solo tenia 2 almohadas ,el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y es muy grande para la avitacion tan pequeña la entrada era incomoda porque es por el estacionamiento abia un aroma feo en la avitacion primera y última vez que me hospedó en este hotel.

Arreglen la luz jaja
Pros:

Me encanta el hotel me he quedado fácil mas de 10 veces en 3 años aprox y eso que vivo en nuevo leon jaja, si buscas llegar limpio y buena atención como céntrico, es una buena opción

Cons:

En muchas de estas 10 ocasiones se va mucho la luz no pasa mas de 2 hrs como mucho lo normal es que sean 10 min. Pero son muy frecuentes y es super incomodo y al no tener ventana se sofoca el cuarto muy rápido, es su punto crítico realmente y muy molesto
