Bed was comfortable but, other than that, it was very disappointing.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

No live staff. It's a check-yourself-in set up which would have been handy to learn when we booked. We got no reply to our request for an early check-in. Finding the parking lot was a challenge (no instructions given) When we arrived 15 minutes before the official check-in time, we had to call someone who seemed irritated that we didn't have a code. Our code arrived about one minute before check-in time.
We requested for a manager to call us after our check-out to discuss our concerns but still haven't heard from anyone (2 weeks later).

Nice style, central location, but doesn’t connect
Pros:

Nicely styled, modern room in a very central location.

Cons:

Very hard to find at night (unlit sign above the driveway into the garage behind trees). Fully contactless without any staff, so can’t really judge the staff. Food places don’t offer any food after 9 pm (which is Solvang in general - breakfast options in walking distance were great).

Not a place for older people.
Pros:

Didn’t know we wouldn’t have staff for needs. No help for luggage and we are old.

Cons:

No staff to call or see.

We think this is the best place out of the many inns we have stayed in Solvang.
Pros:

Decor!
Cleanliness
Location

Cons:

No breakfast. (We have stayed at other Solvang properties that gave us a coupon for a pastry and drink at Birkholm's.
This would be a good way to provide some food without having the mess of serving a breakfast.)
