Large room, great view and location. I have stayed there 3 times now and always happy with this hotel. Great restaurant near by as well.
Check in receptionist was very rude. Staff the rest of the week were great though.
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice coffee machine in the lobby,
Accueil très aimable à la réception
Chambre très spacieuse et calme, très bien agencée

Room was spacious and very clean. It also had all necessary things for a comfortable stay. My wife also enjoyed a bathtub.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.
I reserved and paid for a higher-category room. When I arrived with my service dog, the receptionist repeatedly referred to him as a “pet” despite my explaining multiple times that he is a service animal. She told me that I was not allowed to stay in the room I had booked because other guests might have allergies or be afraid of dogs. Instead, I was moved to a lower-category room where, according to her, pets are allowed.
My understanding is that service animals are not pets and that denying a guest the room they booked because they are accompanied by a service animal is inconsistent with the protections provided under British Columbia’s human rights laws.
To make matters worse, the replacement room had a non-functioning air conditioner. When I asked to speak with a manager, the receptionist refused to contact one and was not wearing a name tag, so I was unable to identify the employee involved.
In the end, the hotel did allow my service dog, which I appreciate. However, I do not believe guests travelling with service animals should receive inferior accommodation because of their service animal. I expected to receive the room I reserved, or at least an equivalent room, not a downgrade.
I hope the hotel reviews its policies and provides staff with better training on the rights of guests who travel with service animals and on how to handle these situations professionally and respectfully.
The hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious. The only thing was the air conditioning units on the balconies were extremely noisy, loud. You could not sit out on the balcony as it sounded like a turbine engine. Could not enjoy the view of the golf course.

I really like to location of the hotel, it is not too far from Victoria.
We drove an oversized vehicle, there's not many selection for parking space for my vehicle. I wish they have a designated area for oversized vehicle.
Rooms are spacious
Beautiful scenery and location. The rooms were beautiful and a nice bath tub and spacious bathroom.
The staff were awful. So rude and disrespectful. They had miscommunication where they tried to charge us 50$ per person “extra” staying in our room. We only had 3 people in our room but they wanted to charge us for 6 people and fought us about it. It was just me with my children. We felt very disrespected by the one staff member who was a female on the day shift.
Our bath water was bright green. It was very odd and worrisome.
The location was quiet, with a golf course behind it. Jack’s Place & Jack’s Cafe offer great food and very pleasant staff as well as the Westin Hotel.
You will need a car or use the transit if you want to go shopping or have more dining options as you are a ways away from those amenities.
Room size and service
Nothing
The room was incredible and large. The location was very nice and the view was great.
I rented this place for my daughter and her best friend. My daughter wanted to celebrate her best friend's birthday.
Well I told the girls that your place was exceptional and that the rooms had a really nice jetted tub. So they agreed to go there. They were really eager to use the jetted tub and then relax in the room.
However, when they tried to use the Tub, they discovered that there was NO Hot Water available. They tried other taps, but to no avail.
They had to boil water a number of times to get at least warm water in the tub. What the heck.
How can a Hotel Room not have Hot Water?? I truly don't understand that. This leads me to wonder what kind of maintenance exists, is any, at the hotel.
There was another small issue where the pump soap did not work in the bathroom sink, so the girls had reach into the shower when they wanted to wash their hands.
I was sooooo embarrassed to hear that they did not have the fantastic evening as I hoped they would.
I was boosting to everyone as to how great the place was, but my daughter was not impressed.
I'm very disappointed with your Hotel.
I highly doubt that I'll be staying at your hotel again or recommend your place to anyone else.
House cleaning is absolutely useless. My floor is dirty, and they didn't vacuum after already complaining. They don't wipe or clean toilets properly. I am very dissatisfied. We gave this hotel thousands of dollars because we booked several rooms for our business. Everyone is disappointed. Oh, they only make your bed and do not change the sheets! This is all after asking them to do better.
