pleasant stay at this location, we enjoyed the quiet room, nice pool and restaurant!
Pros:

Nicole and Sammy at the front desk were exceptional. Both went out of the way to accomodate our requests. Thank you ladies!! Oscar and Yordanis were great bartenders, prompt to serve great drinks!

Pros:

Es la segunda vez que voy, y paro en ese hotel, me gusta todo el trato del personal, desayuno y sobre todo el sentirme cómoda, fui con mi hija las dos veces, y muy probablemente vuelva a ir pero sola, lo ideal seria que consideraran una habitación single un poco acomodada en el precio seria lo ideal, me encanta ese lugar y ya mande muchos amigos, gracias por permitir mi opinión, pronto nos veremos, saludos.

La salida del hotel, se hace muy escabrosa yendo hacia el centro, casi no hay vereda, y se hace difícil la caminata a la noche

El hotel lindo pero personal debería mejorar muchísimo
Pros:

Me gustó la limpieza, la cama muy cómoda, la piscina limpia y grande, las habitaciones espaciosas y con AC.

Cons:

Pésimo personal, el único sr amable fue el del carrito que nos llevaba a la playa, después meseros, baristas, recepción todos muy parcos, necesitan una dosis de buena actitud urgente. Había mucho personal y casi nada de gente hospedada y se iban a otro lado para no atender y todo de mala gana.
