Cons:

Hice una reservación de una habitación con vista ala piscina con tina de baño y me dieron otra habitación que no era sin tina. Hice el reclamo y que la culpa era de booking.

Great hotel, perfect location, wonderful weather.
Pros:

We are repeat clients. The rooms, pool area and grounds are very clean and well kept. The hotel is perfectly located for us. a 5 minute walk to the beach and a fifteen minute walk to all of the restaurants and bars. On site restaurant and bar were very good.. Full breakfast included in the price. The staff was excellent. Value for money was excellent.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Location, atmosphere and rooms were excellent. Breakfast was included and EVERYTHING was top notch. Server, Marlene, was exceptional. She took care of the needs of eight, demanding people. She was great.

Pros:

La piscina, el restaurante y la música ambiente. Realmente recomendable, la comida rica y desayuno saludable

Cons:

Lamentablemente la primera recepcionista que nos recibió no fue muy amable, pero fue la única del personal de servicio con mala actitud

Pros:

A cordialidade dos funcionários é muito marcante. A limpeza é ótima e muito boa estrutura do resort.

Cons:

No meu gosto acredito que o café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar. A qualidade dos ovos mexidos é ruim. Ausência de manteiga de qualidade e Ausência da minha fruta preferida "mamão".
Acredito que a administração deve ficar atenta à utilização das cadeiras e toalhas de praia. Percebi pessoas não hospedadas no hotel tendo cadeiras reservadas. Percebi pessoas não ligadas ao hotel oferendo a estrutura do hotel (cadeiras/toalhas) para pessoas não hospedadas.

Sympathique. Bonne localisation. Bon lieu pour les départs aux sorties.
Pros:

Son emplacement, sa propreté, l’amabilité du personnel et leur bienveillance

Cons:

Nous étions dans une chambre accolée au local du personnel.
Nous entendions toute la journée les personnes, parler manipuler les couverts, regarder la télé.
L’insonorisation est a revoir
