Ideal para compartir en Familia
Pros:

El desayuno es muy completo, el personal es super amable y el transfer a la playa tiene muy buena frecuencia, si bien se podría ir a pie tranquilamente, cuando hace tanto calor este servicio se valora.

Cons:

El espacio de playa es un poco acotado, pero siempre hay disponibilidad de toallas y reposeras.

Hotel muy recomendable
Pros:

Nuestra estadía en The Mill - Courtyard by Marriot fue excelente. El hotel es genial y superó nuestras expectativas. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, son cómodas y ofrecen todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajantes.

Uno de los mayores atractivos es su ubicación: la zona de Palm beach con una variedad de restaurantes y lugares para salir de fiesta, la playa está muy cerca, tienes espacio con sillas y sombrillas, se llega en carro de golf en dos minutos (el hotel tiene el transporte para sus huéspedes), y es realmente hermosa, con aguas cristalinas y un ambiente perfecto para descansar.

En general, solo tenemos comentarios positivos sobre este hotel. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que visite Aruba.

Surprisingly vibey pool-centered property w international clientele
Pros:

Great pool and outdoor recreation area with multiple bars, dining, Starbucks and gelato. Big rooms, well appointed. Our family suite had direct access to the jacuzzi just 10 steps out the back door. It also had a kitchenette.

Feels like it’s in the middle of things in a good way.
This property is now under Courtyard Marriott management and is seriously the nicest Courtyard you will ever see. They even do welcome cocktails and snacks.

Cons:

We did no see anything negative. We only were there two days, it was a stopover before flying. I would stay longer.

One thing I did notice was, no direct beach access… you take a golf cart shuttle. Wouldn’t be a problem for people who don’t spend much time at the beach.

Hotel magnífico!
Pros:

Que hotel maravilhoso! Superou demais nossas expectativas! Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos, alegres, educados e prestativos. O atendimento e acolhimento do hotel é sem igual. As áreas comuns são incríveis (bar/restaurante), piscina fantástica, bar da piscina uma delícia, na recepção sempre uma água geladinha te esperando! Café da manhã mais do que completo e muito gostoso, ótimo atendimento também! O quarto grande, cama/colchão/travesseiro/edredom maravilhosos, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, banheiro bom, banheira ótima. A varanda dava pra piscina e só entrávamos/saíamos por ela. Ganhei uma massagem no spa de 10 minutos maravilhosa, e ganhamos welcome drink também. O único "porém" é que o hotel não era na beira da praia, mas que não fez diferença alguma porque tinha um shuttle ótimo e divertido toda hora que levava e buscava os hóspedes e era super pertinho e rápido (se não tivesse também daria pra ir a pé). Na praia, havia água gelada sempre, e cadeiras, guarda sol e toalhas do hotel - além do serviço de alimentação e bebidas. Recomendo demais, um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei hospedada!

Cons:

Tivemos um único imprevisto. O hotel era para "não fumantes" porém havia áreas externas específicas onde se podia fumar. O problema é que não havia sinalização de onde podia/não podia, e cada hora falavam uma coisa... meu marido estava uma noite fumando em um local que haviam falado pra ele que podia, quando foi abordado abruptamente por um segurança com mais dois funcionários repreendendo ele de forma grosseira. No dia seguinte ele reclamou com o gerente, ele explicou que onde podia fumar era um pouco para o lado de onde ele estava e se desculpou pelo ocorrido. Poderiam colocar sinalização de "smoking area" para não haver mais esse tipo de problema, além de ensinar os seguranças/funcionários uma maneira mais educada de abordar os hóspedes - ele podia ter ido sozinho apenas pedir para ele fumar no local correto, ao invés de abordar grosseiramente com mais 2 pessoas junto.

I think she’s best. I think she deserve to be receive award and hopefully she can stay in the hotel for a long time. Hot
Pros:

Experience with this person is she is really good. I think she’s one of the best and when she comes in, ask her about her drinks and we want to eatshe make sure I drink it’s good. Also, she make sure I full come good and check check with us how the food came out so I think she deserve to be receiving award as best person in the hotel.

Great hotel, perfect location, wonderful weather.
Pros:

We are repeat clients. The rooms, pool area and grounds are very clean and well kept. The hotel is perfectly located for us. a 5 minute walk to the beach and a fifteen minute walk to all of the restaurants and bars. On site restaurant and bar were very good.. Full breakfast included in the price. The staff was excellent. Value for money was excellent.

Cons:

No negative comments whatsoever.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Location, atmosphere and rooms were excellent. Breakfast was included and EVERYTHING was top notch. Server, Marlene, was exceptional. She took care of the needs of eight, demanding people. She was great.
