First n last i choose the bahang bay hotel...
Pros:

The room was cosy, comfortable with nature view if tlk bhg village...

Cons:

First i check in bilik 1110, sy msk oklh tgk bilik, i bkk blk air, i tgk mozek lantai pecah n berlubang, sy ingtkn corak mozek...sy rasa dgn tgn mmg lantai mozek pecah..bkn satu tp byk pcs...sampi k tpt shower...sy call receptionist n bgtau mozek lntai crack..bhys pda kaki...receptionist hntr technicion suh mai tgk..sy speechless...nih bkn kerosakkn teknikal tp u bg blk yg lntai blk air pecah...sy request utk tukar bilik...sy tggu for Two hours utk tukar blk shja...lntai blk air pecah mna selamat utk customer mndi...sgt bhya klau ada ank kecik..mncmn pihk msnagemet hotel blh bg kt customer bilkk yg not affordabld utj stay n xtau psl kerosakkn tuh...blk air kita kt rumah pun x crack pecah lantai mcm tuh....sgt mngecewakan bahang bay hotel...sy tukar k biljk 1210 n ok lntai bersih n xder crack lgsg...sy hrp pihk hotel tke serously semua kerosaknn peralatan yg blh mnbhyakn keselematan customer....ingt ya byk lg hotel area tlk bhg yg jd saingn bahang bay..first n last sy stay sini...oh sstu lg..pg td sy turun bekfast, mknn byk..tp tasteless...bihun x rasa apa...i say no to bahang bay hotel.....sy turun mkn sbb dh include skli bekfast...ok sorry to bhg bay hotel.....

Hotel increíble
Pros:

Un gran hotel. Todo perfecto. No tiene el encanto de cabañas pero como hotel es increíble. Después de estar en varios sitios menos lujosos, llegar aquí fue una bendición. Súper amables los trabajadores y el desayuno buenísimo.

Room was ok. The staffs are excellent in their manners.

Cons:

Food was so-so with too little options. Lack of entertainments. Pool table & its accessories seriously got to be replaced.

Complete facility (cafe, games, gym, pool) , strategic location (near to Escape Penang, Batu Feringghi Beach) , convenience, Nice view

Cons:

The cleanliness was poor; the floors were not clean, and there were used toothbrushes on the sink during check-in. The food was also subpar; the prawns were not fresh, the bread was hard as stone, and the chicken was not fully cooked. The air conditioning is too noisy and the lighting has an electric sound.
