Pros:

LAs instalaciones: el Bano estaba tapado y hablamos para que lo resolvieran y ademas de que tardaron en contestarnos la respuesta fue que no tenian nadie de mantenimiento! En un Hotel??? finalmente nos mudaron de habitacion ya entrada la noche teniendo que empacar nuevamente nuestras pertenencias.

It was an enjoyable stay with the exception of what we didnt like
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with good service

Cons:

The price of the car park was expensive and cant understand why guests have to pay to park their car in a hotel. The service charge on the drinks at the bar were not acceptable and all though this is discretionary it should not be applied behind the bar for drinks

Pros:

Chambres modernes, confortables et ergonomiques. Quartier plutôt calme. À 20 minutes de marche du centre. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'extérieur et les environs de l'hôtel n'ont pas le charme du centre de Cambridge. L'après-midi du samedi 12/09/26 le temps d'attente pour le check-in était assez long. J'ai reçu ma clé à 16h30.

Pros:

Excellent modern, clean property with easy access to city centre, places of interest and shops. Staff excellent, food excellent, service excellent and onsite, secure parking in closed underground car park.

Pros:

location is quiet, swimming pool is nice and usually empty, breakfast if fine

Cons:

- sink was stuck all the way
- no air conditioner on the second floor of the room
- I left my belongings in the first room, several times asked employees at the reception to help to get them, didn't get them

Great location and hotel that could do with a good spring clean
Pros:

Rooms and facilities are genuinely lovely - well furnished, nicely laid out, quiet. The sauna and pool are good quality and the gym is just right for a hotel. The cafe bistro in the entrance of the hotel is also great for a coffee and a pastry. Short cycle from town makes for a great location.

Staff are mostly friendly, especially the breakfast team, although the breakfast is just okay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, all of this is let down by a feeling that the hotel is being somewhat neglected.

The rooms have a surprising griminess to them considering how new the hotel is. The door of our shower didn't close properly so water just leaks out onto the floor. The seal on the toilet had gone and so the toilet wobbled. There are stains on furniture that you can't miss.

What's really sad is that the spa area is also not well maintained - the drains are smelly, there are stains on the loungers, "out of order" signs and duct taped temporary repairs. The pool water is overdue a refresh, there's only so many times you can bombard it with chlorine.

Two years ago when the hotel first opened, it was a true 10/10 experience. This visit was disappointing.
