One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at.
Pros:

We booked the villa which i highly recommend, offers privacy, wonderful pool view and the interior is so beautiful, especially the bathroom.
Special thanks to Jeremy who speaks exceptional English and his service was top notch.

Bien mais ne pas s’attendre à un bon standing. Parfait pour quelques jours.

Bon emplacement, personnel super sympas, la piscine cool.

Extremely disappointing experience, unfriendly staff
Cons:

the room we were given was in an unacceptable and severely deteriorated condition. There were clear signs of dampness, mould and poor maintenance, and the actual room was very different from what we expected based on the listing.

The advertised “garden view” was also very misleading. What we actually received was a small enclosed area surrounded by walls, which was nothing like what we expected from the listing.

When we complained about the condition of the room, the property told us that if we were not happy, we should leave and cancel our reservation ourselves and find another accommodation.

Please be very careful if you are ever told to do this. Do not cancel your Booking.com reservation yourself before contacting Booking.com Customer Service, as you may risk losing your money. We were put in a situation where we had to leave and arrange another accommodation ourselves.

We eventually moved to Gili Matiki, and honestly, we are so happy that we did. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip, and we were much happier there.

We only booked this place because we had no choice after leaving this accommodation. What started as a terrible experience here ended up leading us to a much better place elsewhere.

I would definitely not recommend this accommodation. If you encounter a similar problem, contact Booking.com directly and let them handle the situation rather than cancelling the reservation yourself.

吉利A岛B52酒店位置很不错，从码头步行大约十分钟就能抵达。前台戴眼镜的印尼小哥人特别友善。房间出门就是泳池，无线网络信号稳定，入住体验好。

5 Minuten zu Fuß von Hafen
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wasserdruck in der Dusche war stark. Die Unterkunft ist 5 Minuten vom Hafen zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Cons:

Ich empfehle Ihnen Ohrstöpsel zu benutzen und eigenes Gerät gegen Mücken zu kaufen.

The location was great - room had a tv and fridge which was nice. Didn’t use the pool as it was constantly in the shade.

The shower pressure was not very good and it flooded the bathroom as it didn’t drain well at all.

Correcto, estuvimos en la villa, la cabañita es muy vieja, hay poca higiene del mobiliario. La cama y la higiene de sábanas y toallas bien. Entraba luz y se escuchaba ruido.
