Frustrating regarding the parking lie which spoiled the whole experience

It is a lie that there is parking. What they could do is refer you to a parking garage 3 km away.

Hip interieur, Aangenaam , zeer rustig, centraal gelegen
Pros:

Locatie in centrum oude stad. Met uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Zij communiceren zeer goed en snel via whatsapp voorafgaand aan en tijdens uw bezoek. Parkingdienst buiten stad werkt uitstekend.

Pros:

We recently stayed at Azzoli Sky Apartments in Trapani and overall had a very enjoyable experience.
The apartments are modern, stylish and in an excellent position for exploring Trapani, with easy access to the old town, harbour, restaurants and transport links. It was a great base for our stay in western Sicily.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and a relaxed atmosphere each morning. The staff were consistently friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay, and communication before arrival and during the booking process was excellent.
Our room was comfortable and well presented.

Cons:

It would benefit from additional storage space in both the bedroom and bathroom, particularly for longer stays. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would also have been a welcome.

Superb in every aspect. Beautiful charming character hotel in great location with fantastic staff.
Pros:

Delightful hotel with incredible architecture. Fantastic staff who were so helpful to our every need.
Giovanna (Joanna) in particular was so kind and professional helping to make the sofa bed a little more comfortable. We are two mature ladies who wanted their own beds, hence using the sofa bed.
Everyone who works at the property was fantastic with a positive attitude and a smile.
Thoroughly recommend this hotel both for its beautiful rooms, amazing views from the rooftop with a great plunge pool. The location is superb, right in the middle of the old town. Everything was superb. Thank you.

Everything was great.
The sofa bed was a little hard but they overcame this for us.

Trapani is a great city/town for food, sites and the wonderful Trapanese people.
Pros:

Wonderful modern interior retrofitted and adapted into a historic building. Pleasing environment and excellent location.

Cons:

Staff were excellent, their hospitality raised the level beyond our expectations.

Pros:

Man muss wissen, dass man in einer ehemaligen Kirche Gast ist. Im Inneren wurde eine Stahlkonstruktion , die das tragende Element ist, erstellt und hierzu 5 Etagen inkl Pool auf dem Dach. Je 2 Zimmer liegen vorne und hinten, dazwischen eine Treppe und Aufzug und die Ebenen aus Glas. Super tolle Architektur! Gleichzeitig gibt es keine Fenster nach außen nur in den verglasten mittleren Teil hinein.
Wer das Außergewöhnliche mag ist hier richtig. Das Haus wird wie ein B&B geführt, alle Informationen gibt es schon im Vorfeld.

Pros:

Mitten in der Stadt, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Schöne kleine Dachterasse. Unser Zimmer hatte allerdings nur ein kleines vergittertes Fenster auf Bodenhöhe. Es ist halt ein altes umgebautes Gebäude. Ein Parkplatz in der Nähe war im April auch leicht zu finden.
