Everything about this hotel was great from the staff to the location I would highly recommend it.
Pros:

This hotel was excellent; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had booked a Sunday and Monday night and wanted to go to the rooftop, however it was closed for those days so we asked if we could at least get a room with a view of the water and the staff gave us a room with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. The hotel location was in walking distance to several shops, restaurants and an old castle.

Cons:

The parking garage which is not run by the hotel was confusing and since it was underground, I could not scan the barcode. Fortunately; a staff member gave us information for parking at the pier with the app parkster which was much easier and more reasonable.

Pros:

Hade förväntat mig bättre frukost. Verkade saknas personal både för servering och diskplockning. Allmänt stökigt vid frukosten.

Cons:

* Listerna på duschdörrarna behöver bytas ut - blir blött på golvet när man duschar.
* A/C fungerar inte som det är tänkt. Var 23 grader varmt i rummet.
* Extremt dyr minibar. 55 kr för en påse Ahlgrens bilar-påse, 60 kr för en kexchoklad eller 60kr för en proteinbar (!).
