Me cobraron mi habitación normal con jacuzzi y ni lo pude usar estaba sucio y el agua súper sucia, puse mi queja y no te dan solución alguna y quedaron de llamar y sigo esperando

Clean spacious room, excellent location and great covered parking, a bit noisy street
Pros:

Excellent location, plenty of easy-to-access parking without the hassle of barriers. Tiny elevator but it was just 2 of us with just one suitcase, would've been a little difficult if it was the whole family and 2 large ones.
Capsule coffee machine in the room is a great bonus!

Cons:

The avenue all windows are directed is quite noisy, and even though it was a 2-glass window, noise did get into the room (I was on the 3rd floor) I wish I brought soft earplugs - I had silicone, hard ones so you cannot sleep with those LOL
