Esperaba una habitacion con una vista agradable, no una vista a una zona de servicio , Eso me parece que debe describirse en el anuncio. Por otro lado el televisor no funcionaba bien.

La ubicación, el trato del personal, el desayuno, la limpieza y la seguridad

Cons:

No me pareció adecuado que no se respetará el precio fijado x Booking en la reserva, nos convirtieron los dolares a pesos argentinos mas un 2% de comisión, no entendimos a que corresponde y no nos supieron explicar ..terminamos pagando 20 dolares mas de lo que decía el total de la reserva.

Hotel no local certo com preço justo
Pros:

Localização perfeita. Muitos locais para serem visitados a pé e outros com fácil transporte público. O atendimento foi diferenciado, equipe muito atenciosa. Amei o cuidado em preparem um lanchinho para levarmos no dia da nossa viagem por termos que sair antes do horário do café e também por, terem o quarto pronto, nos permitirem entrar antes do check-in. Muitos hotéis, mesmo tendo o quarto pronto e disponível, não permitem. Voltarei com toda certeza!

Jederzeit gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral; Sehenswürdigkeiten, Schnellbusse, Restaurants sind gleich in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist ruhig, obwohl an einer größeren Straße liegend; Matratze und sanitäre Einrichtung sind prima. Internet funktioniert sehr gut. Es gibt ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit echtem Müsli (eher selten in anderen südamerikanischen Ländern); Kaffee und Tee gibt ist auch tagsüber zur freien Verfügung. Der Mate-Tee ist top!

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und das Bett steht direkt an der Fensterfront; man kann also das Fenster schlecht öffnen und muss sich mit der Klimaanlage abfinden.

Le habitación era chiquitita. apenas podías circular por los costados. No tenía ventanas. La cabina de ducha al bañarse dejaba escapar muchisima agua y el baño terminaba empapado
