Irresponsible booking there is no language for your organisation to say bathroom even khat visana bed sheet room 509 is not still changed or cleaning system is very rough.Actually we stay in my bound .

Cons:

When I booked the hotel he didn't show tell us the room in no AC when I reach he said your booking only for non AC room. He didn't accept his mistake and he said if you want AC room you have to pay ac charges it's almost 1185.
All conversation is done between me and reception manager.
Worst experience in have ever had.
Toilet is so dirty
Smelly Room.
I want my total amount back other wise I will complaint the Hotel in consumer forum.

Pros:

It is very close to the railway station with easy access to public transportation. We visited during the mela, so accommodation options were quite limited. On a positive note, the staff was helpful and cooperative throughout our stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was very dirty, and the bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.
