It was an excellent stay, ideal location, room was clean, tidy, staff are all professional. Food was also good. Secure parking space and secure site from flooding in rainy monsoon days. Prices are also reasonable.

I have booked a family room for 4 of us and the room was big and clean. The hotel service was good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience with the cab arranged by the hotel. Despite paying the full amount for the requested service, there was a clear lack of communication between the hotel and the driver. The driver refused to turn on the AC because he had not been instructed to do so, and I had to spend the entire journey making repeated calls to resolve issues. It also appeared that the driver had not been paid appropriately by the hotel. Guests place their trust in the hotel to manage such arrangements properly, and unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. Better coordination, transparency, and professionalism are needed.
