Cons:

Air conditioning unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. the hallway and lift had an obscenely strong smell - it was a clean smell but was extremely strong to the point of feeling a bit dizzy - thankfully this was not in the reception area or in the rooms.

Lovely stay, great location, exceptional staff!
Pros:

The property was a perfect choice. We have a concert at Truist stadium and the location can be any more convenient! The staff, particularly Dawn at the front desk, was exceptional!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the cost for the actual night of the concert. It was jacked up to an exorbitant amount. But I guess that’s to be expected

Awesome place to stay for a Braves game!
Pros:

Location to Truist field was amazing! Check in and out was a breeze and everyone there was so friendly. Definitely will stay again on my next trip to the Battery!

Cons:

On site breakfast was for order only on site. If you wanted to get food immediately you had to go off site which I did not know about and subsequently didn’t get to eat before I had to leave for my flight.

Best for ballgame
Pros:

If you are going to a ballgame or a show at the Roxy, the Aloft is an outstanding choice. It is 5 min from the park/venu. There are other hotels (e.g., Omni) that are closer, but there are huge and loud game day crowds. I'm now at the age where I hate crowds, but also hate traffic, so Aloft is perfect- walking distance with plenty of restos and bars on the way, but quiet and calm around the hotel.

As I said, I'm old enough to hate crowds, but not so old that I need everything to be beige. So, I was delighted with the quirky decor, especially in the room. I have never considered bathroom wall paper in my hotel rating... at least not in a good way, but the bonkers wallpaper greatly amused my husband and me. I'm not sure I have ever seen a better example of randomness than combining mid century architecture with a brontosaurus, a rooster, a space man and a few other images (won't ruin the surprise).

I have 4/5 stars for the breakfast options-breakfast sandwiches and a few other things. Disclaimer of this disclaimer, they actually had a vegan breakfast sandwich with fresh basil and tomatoes which wasn't bad. So, to be fair, if I had the option I would rate 4.5/5. If you stay here and want a full service breakfast, the Goldberg Diner just down the street is a solid and pretty reasonably priced option.

Everything else is what is expected from Aloft, few frills, clean, & friendly employees
