le personnel était gentil et a l’écoute et a accepté de nous changer de chambre après avoir fait le commentaire que ce n’est pas la chambre que j’avais payée ce qui a permis qu’on ait accès à une chambre un peu meilleure mais toujours pas comme sur les photos

Cons:

la chambre ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos et quand j’ai fait le commentaire à l’accueil en demandant une autre chambre on m’a répondu que c’était facile de mentir sur les photos
le lit et les coussins étaient très inconfortables
la douche fuyait et le pommeau était un petit peu cassé

La persona de recepción fue amable. Eso s all único rescatable.

Yo me confié en las 4 estrellas y es muy distinto a las fotos.
La habitación tenía hasta bichos adentro.
El lobby con sillas de plástico parecía heladería.
No tiene ascensor, lo que sí el que estaba ahí nos ayudó a subir la maleta y era muy amable.
Pero el lugar me pareció una estafa y nos constó dar con él ya que por alrededor están construyendo y está todo demolido
