Pros:

Comfortable room.

Cons:

No ice machines throughout the 4 floors! Scrappy toilet paper rollers!! Soap and shampoo does not lather up.

We had a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable,.
The breakfast was quite good - loved having Nutella.
Nice-sized fitness center.
Good location just off the interstate - easy access to Asheville.
Welcoming, helpful staff.

Cons:

I wish the room had a chair - not a desk chair that rocks back - but a living room style chair that would be good for reading and give an option to rest sitting on the bed.
