It was not a good experience
Pros:

They cleared the breakfast buffet at 9:50 AM, despite it being scheduled until 10:00 AM. My family arrived at 9:00 AM, only to find empty bowls and no refills.

Cons:

The staff was arrogant. When I asked for a refill, they simply said, "I don't understand." I'm not sure if they understand English or not.

El hotel queda en un buen sector.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación es muy mala, no barren ni limpian, apenas cambian toalla y arreglan la cama. Durante 5 días me dejaron los vasos y tazas sucias. Un día se les olvidó hacer aseo y cuando reclame se molestaron.El personal no es tan agradable para atender. El desayuno le falta variedad todos los días es lo mismo.
