The staff were very pleasant. Thank you to Ho Kanh for making us comfortable every breakfast. He was always so kind and very chatty with us. I wanted to thank the security, Triet, for always helping us cross the street. Such a gentleman :) Receptionist Tong too was very kind; actually all of them were kind. There was also the receptionist who helped us weigh our luggage though I forgot to ask her name. And the first receptionist to receive us, the guy with the glasses, he helped me enter my room when I was locked out. Everyone was so kind and the room was a great place to stay.
I didn't like how we need to cross the street everytime we go out but Triet was very nice to help us cross whenever he's on duty. I also didn't like that they did not bother to confirm with us if we wanted to do a late checkout on our last day even though I expressed it on our arrival that we were considering it. We forgot about it but it would've been nice if someone followed up on before the deadline to check if we were still considering it. It was nice they allowed us to leave our luggages at the hotel after checkout but it would've been nicer if we could've gotten more sleep and rest before our flight home. Lastly, I didn't like that the lights on our floor were always turned off. It was so scary going to the elevator even if it was just in front of our room. It would've been nice if they kept one or two lightbulbs turned on all the time.

Family room was ok, not what I would call spotlessly clean but clean enough. Not clean enough to stay again
Booked with booking.com all confirmed got off the long flight from Melbourne to be told no room booked, didn’t have eftpos facilities, had to pay them $50 AUD - no change for the night when it was booked at $38. Don’t care about the $12 but terrible service.
