A resident of Pretoria and a family member visited me on the fourth day to drop some items to bring back home, and he was in a dire need since he had lost his cell phone, but the hotel could not help him by contacting me. We understand the tight security measures that the hotel has put in place, but this is the person who referred me to book the hotel, picked me from the airport and dropped me at the hotel and we had dinner after our arrival and had even visited the hotel on the second day of my stay. I think this treatment was unfair at an hour where he required support after losing his phone and he couldn't reach me. He pleaded but his pleads fell on deaf ears. He even picked me again and dropped me at the airport on my final day.
