I booked for Executive double, upon arrival I was told the room I selected was unavailable. After a back and forth I was told the executive room available was did not have a window which I think is ridiculous for an Executive room not to have a window. Finally I was allocated a room and later discovered the air-conditioning didn't work because they operate a central aircon system that was set to default-warm in the summer.
