It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

I liked how modern the facility is, and that it is so close to the train station and a number of eateries.

Cons:

That the bedroom with the ensuite bathroom has no closet and no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes; that the shower stall is not fully enclosed which made water splash all over the bathroom floor during shower; and because it was the weekend, there was no housekeeping service to provide clean towels or any items that normally get replenished.

Modern, clean apartment with everything you need.
Pros:

Convenient location right by the tram and metro station. Has everything you need including parking. Loved our welcome (sorry I didn’t catch her name).

Cons:

Road and tram noise. Rest of staff could be a little friendlier.

O apartamento é muito confortável, tem uma excelente vista, camas bem confortáveis. Tem alguns restaurantes perto e um supermercado. O estacionamento é fácil e amplo. Apesar de ser um apartamento, o local conta com recepção 24 horas que torna fácil a chegada e saída.

Cons:

We booked a one bed apartment expecting a separate bedroom, but the wall separating the bedroom from the living area was open at either end. I get up every morning between 4 and 5am and expect to put the light on and make a cup of tea. I could not do this with this room arrangement as it would have disturbed my wife. Instead I had to get dressed and creep out of the room down to reception who kindly help me make a cup of tea.

It should be clear that a one bed apartment is not a seperate room.

Lovely place in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location. Lovely flat for a basecamp for our exploration of the city. Excellent location. about 25mins to the city centre by a tram stop directly outside the hotel. All the facilities needed and very helpful staff. Mohammed (not sure of speeling, sorry) fixed the one issue we had very quickly.

Cons:

Suit was brand new and had a few teething issues but these were sorted very quickly by the friendly staff.
