Great place with good location and facilities
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, we arrived early in the morning, they helped us with early checkin, which really made our trip after flying 30 hours from Australia. Loved the location which is easy to travel between airport and Amsterdam city. The gym pass was great.

Cons:

The towels have too much lint, make the room quite dusty easily

Good base for getting into town and escaping at the end of the day
Pros:

It's a bit out of town which suited us for the peace and quiet yet there was a tram stop outside so the city was very accessible. Staff are very helpful and the room has good electricals. There is a lounge area with free coffee and tea (wish we had been told that on arrival).

Cons:

The room could be cheered up with a few pictures and a little more furniture would be helpful, only 8 hangers on an open rail and no bedroom storage for other clothes. The place needed up looking untidy no matter how we tried to avoid that. So many hassles with the electronic key cards not functioning.
There's not a lot in terms of facilities in the local area so stock up whilst you are in town.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great — just a couple of metro stops from the city centre, and it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which made arrival and departure very easy. The staff deserve a special mention: everyone was friendly, attentive and genuinely responsive to any request we had.

A couple of small suggestions (nothing that spoiled the stay):

It would be a nice touch to add a small amenity set — slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Many guests arrive after long flights and would appreciate it.

We were given an accessible room, and honestly it’s great that the hotel has rooms like this available. The only thing is that the shower had no screen or partition, so after showering the whole bathroom floor was covered in water. It wasn’t a real inconvenience for us, but adding a shower screen would definitely improve the experience.

Overall a very positive stay, and we’d happily come back.

Pros:

Perfectly clean room, air-conditioned, convenient location, only 15 min to the airport by train and 15 min to the city center by tram. There are free coffee and tea in the lobby, so that we also spent the time before check-in and after check-out comfortably.

Cons:

The staff generally is very nice. However, when I requested for an additional duvet, it cannot be delivered to the room, and I had to go down and carry it by myself to the room. It felt awkward.
