A little expensive but great service.
Pros:

All staff were helpful when asks for help it in giving advice. The hotel is very clean and organised.

Cons:

Based on the price of a room. I would’ve expected to see fresh cold water in bottles to be available. I’ve been in many hotels a lot smaller who offer these basic requirements.

Fantastic
Pros:

stayed at the Hilton at the weekend. I cannot fault this place. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff were top-notch. We are both in wheelchairs and the service we got was above and beyond and so helpful. It was very comfortable. The rooms were spotless and the food in the restaurant was 10 out of 10 as well as the service. I will definitely be back

Only stayed for one night but as my first hotel experience I am very happy!
Pros:

Everything was nice and tidy, very clean and comfortable. I liked the layout and how you could sit on a comfy chair next to the sliding door and look out at the track. There was air conditioning that worked very well which I found very helpful. The breakfast was lovely, it was a self service which is good for me! Even the tea was very good and reasonably priced as we got three courses for two people and it came up to around £100 (including a steak). Highly reccommend!

Cons:

The only thing that I think could be better is having Netflix or something on the TV as it was hard to find something good to watch when we were going to chill in our hotel room but that’s obviously not that important as you’re not in your room for a lot of the time!!

we had a beautiful view of the starting grid and watched super cars flying past our window
Pros:

the room was beautiful and the staff were fantastic, super helpful.

Cons:

wouldn’t say there was anything a disliked about our stay, the only minor inconvenience was the wifi

Overall it was fantastic our boy who was celebrating his 16 birthday was blown away with it all and we couldn’t get him
Pros:

Friendly staff nothing was too much
Fantastic facilities

Cons:

We had an issue with the tv but when we contacted the office desk the deputy manager came up and solved the issues within 10min of us contacting the receptionist

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean sofa bed still made up in the suite with used bedding was all messy, shower was very dirty and wasn’t cleaned
