The musty smell in the room. It was very disappointing to walk in and smell a great scent them smell a stinky musty smell in our actual room.

Very pleased with my stay.
Pros:

Slept late and missed the breakfast. The staff was outstanding. The two overnight associates Latoya and junior were super friendly and helpful. They always were smiling and polite. Outstanding customer service.

Never going back
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Answered any and all questions that we had with a smile.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on cardboard. Tossed and turned all night long and woke up with major back pain. The complementary "hot breakfast" wasn't even worth it. We ended up going to go get breakfast instead. That was a major reason we even chose to stay here. Eggs were nasty and watery, the sausage was tasteless and bland, the pancakes were like chewing on a rubber shoe.

Great location for our destination sites nearby.
Pros:

Continental Breakfast available every morning. Microwave and small fridge were very convenient. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for my convenience.

Cons:

The telephone in the room was not working. I had to ask for 2 extra pillows. The view from the window was not the best....view of construction site.

I came to charlotte to spend one day there but extended my stay.
Pros:

Beakfast was very good but ran out of syrup for waffles. by it being a holiday, there were lots of guest which made the demand higher. Other than that, it was excellent.

Cons:

Everything was great!

Was ok stay. Clean, but noisy & parking lot small. Front desk people fantastic.
Pros:

Was impressed with front desk employees. Was very busy when checked in & only one person working. She handled situation with ease. Don't know her name, but she deserves a raise. Night desk employee also very helpful on our return from our outing with suggestions on where to go for late night dinner & where to shop for some travel supplies for the next day. Great front desk experience.

Cons:

Room was so so. Bed not exactly comfy. Too soft for my taste. Hall noise was quiet loud & made tying to sleep difficult. Room was very close to ice machine & heard that all night too. Would be nice if hotel patrons were aware & respect others also staying there. Not a hotel problem though. Maybe hotel can request patrons to keep noise levels low after say, 10pm.

Overall my stay was good and the value was worth it , breakfast was nothing spectacular I wanted a waffle but they didn’

I like that it was close to the highway and near restaurants

Cons:

There is construction happening right now the there is no scenery to see around the hotel but the construction is not at the hotel it’s behind it
