Pros:

What stood out the most was the staff. The friendliness, the sincerity and will to help us was unmatched to any place I’ve visited in Japan. This is the primary reason why I’d return.

The apartment itself was a tad small for me, but it was extremely comfortable and very clean. Cleanliness is on the top of my list and this property delivered.

The best part about this stay was the friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff is what I liked the most. They were all extremely friendly and went out of their way to help meet our needs. It was also very helpful that they spoke English.

Η τοποθεσία ηταν ησυχη και συνάμα πολυ κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό και στο κεντρο της Ginza. Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και πολυ εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο πολυ καθαρό και άνετο με ο,τι χρειάζεσαι. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού μια χαρά.

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε μεσα στην τιμή να συμπεριλαμβανοταν και η καθημερινή αλλαγή των πετσετών. Επίσης, καλο θα ηταν να υπήρχαν περισσότερες πρίζες.

Staff were wonderful and I really enjoyed staying here. The room was bigger than I thought.
Pros:

Location was great and there were some really good food options nearby. A short walk to the main Ginza strip with lots of shops and restaurants.

Serviced apartment in superb location with amazing staff
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly Japanese and English speaking staff.
The 1BR apartment had decent square footage for central Tokyo standards with ceilings heigh enough to feel comfortable, equipped with necessary items including TV with HDMI connectability, washer dryer, bathtub/shower separate from toilet, big enough fridge, gas stove cooker, kitchen utensils, plenty of storage (we stayed in room with a closet space) , well sized table and chair set for working and dining, comfortable and large queen size mattress, towel change every 3days, and packages accepted at front desk.
Super convenient yet quiet location.
Convenience stores, drugstore, library with nice rooftop garden, cafe& restaurants, grocery stores, post office, bank ATM, subway station, and bus station are all located within 5min distance. Walk to Tsukiji, Ginza, Tokyo St Yaesu gate, Artizon Museum, Nihonbashi, Yurakucho, all within 20mins. Taxis are easy to catch along the main road. Free coffee/tea in the lobby. Secure entry to building and rooms. Great wifi. Amenities or household items available upon request.

Cons:

The common areas looked clean but the apartment was not clean in certain areas: dust was accumulating along the bed frame fabric and some grime was present under the microwave oven atop the fridge.
A little expensive compared to similar apartment style hotels in Chuo-ku, but if there are promos or discounts going on and you are staying over 10 days it is more convenient than staying in a regular hotel.

Excellent stay, great staff, perfect Ginza location!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aika, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well maintained. The location is perfect—within easy reach of Tsukiji and Ginza, with plenty of dining, shopping, and transport options nearby. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

Cons:

Probably it was a bit too quiet perhaps. But nothing to dislike. Everything met our expectations.
