Buena estancia, pueden mejorar.
Pros:

Un buen desayuno, la piscina y el Jacuzzi.

Cons:

En el techo de la habitación había ratones que se escuchaban a media noche y en la claraboya se veían los rastros de los mismos.

Agradable para un pasadía o una noche, no para una estancia larga.
Pros:

Es lindo aunque algunas fotos que presentan son tomadas en días en que tienen evento. Destacan las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas (almohadas y ropa de cama en excelente estado, el baño también muy limpio), las pérgolas son cómodas y el jardín muy bien cuidado. Lo mejor es la comida, fue deliciosa, fue lo más agradable de la estancia.

Cons:

Falta bastante atención del personal, aunque algunos son bastante amables y atentos, otra parte del personal (sobretodo los hombres jóvenes) no lo son tanto, y cambia dependiendo el día (no te atienden igual un jueves a un sábado), inclusive puedes llegar y tener que buscarlos porque no hay quien atienda la recepción, y dejan algunas áreas sï. Iluminación, lo cual te puede hacer pensar que no es un buen lugar para dormir.

Me cobraron el 5% adicional por pago con tarjeta de crédito.

Hay áreas que requieren mantenimiento como el jacuzzi que no servía del todo y tiene manchas oscuras en las paredes, la piscina en que el granito es un poco filoso (supongo que por el paso del tiempo), algunas sillas cerca a la piscina y los juegos como pin pon tienen polvo encima. En las habitaciones no hay ventilación y la ducha se inunda. En general, la zona más descuidada de servicio del personal y de mantenimiento es la piscina.

Me parece que hay un desequilibrio en la relación precio/servicio, los precios son mucho más altos que hoteles de Boyacá con mejores instalaciones y servicio, menos si te cobran comisión por la usar tarjeta de crédito.

La calidad del hotel no amerita el precio, no entiendo la calificación que registra, están muy lejos las valoraciones del hotel, el desayuno demasiado sencillo y las instalaciones no me parecieron buenas.

Een oase van rust.
Pros:

Het personeel en de eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi waren heerlijk. Het is een oase in een niet echt mooi stadje. De jacuzzi werd meteen aangezet voor ons. Je kunt er ook eten, restaurant ziet er heel gezellig uit. Het ziet er allemaal keurig netjes uit. Laura deed alles voor ons. Zo ontzettend aardig. We kregen meteen koffie. Auto konden we ook veilig parkeren. Hotel is geweldig. Jammer dat Moniquira niet echt interessant is. Maat voor ons was het een overnachtingsadres, onderweg naar Bogota.

Cons:

De minibar was niet koud.

It is good, but not what you expect for the price.
Pros:

We stayed from Monday to Saturday and paid around 80€ per room per night. We wanted a location in town to be next to restaurants and supermarkets, as we were with a 3 m.o. baby in the family. For this purpose it was a good choice, but it was too expensive for the service offered. Good is: The rooms are very comfortable. They gave an extra bed for the baby with no additional charge:). The staff is nice. Jacuzzi is great. Breakfast is good, but could be much better for that price.

Cons:

Apparently, not every guest has the same value there. We only received the best attention including arepas and better fruits in the breakfast when a local IG influencer stayed overnight. Tuesday and Wednesday pool and jacuzzi were not clean (last weekend there had been a party). They were cleaned in the middle of the day, when one actually wants to use it. In the room, the tap had an unpleasant water hammer. There was no electricity over some nights, and sometimes no water during the day. The staircase landing was not clean (bird poop). We had the feeling that they try to save as much money as possible. This is also very evident in the in-house restaurant.
