Que no me toco aire y hacia mucha calor creo que deverian equipar todos los cuartos seria perfecto solo eso y que no pongan botellas de agua al igual que tien e que ir uno a pedir toallas y papel sanitario y la recepcionistas muy poco tratables todo el tiempo como molestas.

Olía mucho a cigarro
El del.lavamanos y regadera olía a caño
El baño hacia que oliera toda la habitación a drenaje
Las sábanas estaban manchadas, probablemente limpias pero con manchas
Había cabellos

Por el precio, creo no se podía esperar a mas
Si solo es para llegar a dormir, es aceptable

Mala información no tiene tv ppr cable aire acondicionado tampoco como aparece en fotos según que si ay pero no el agua de la regaderas apesta y no había papel de baño ni toallas hasta que pedi

La zona céntrica,aunque después de cierta hora ahí todo se muere en cuanto actividad económica y se mira medio tétrico, pero las instalaciones muy buenas y la ubicación excelente,cerca la plaza del mariachi y el mercado Juan de dios

El trato de las recepcionistas, los días q estuve ahí mire a 3 recepcionistas,no digo q las 3 en general pero si una de ellas q incluso por teléfono algo grosera,pedí factura desde el día q llegue y hasta la fecha nunca me llegó,por q una señorita decía q hablara después de las 2 de la tarde para solicitarla y cuando llamaba me decía q quien me había dado ese dato,q era incorrecto,desde q llegue solicite mi factura a nombre de la empresa para la q laboro deje datos,correo y teléfono y ya de regreso en México la volví a solicitar y nunca me la mandaron.

Por la noche es confuso 😕 al acceder al hotel no te avisan con ingresar o a qué hora cierran el estacionamiento y acceso al hotel...
Necesitas gritarle a la persona que está de guardia por la noche y te puedan abrir...
No avisan que cierran los accesos al hotel por la noche...

es muy fácil el proceso de Check in, la habitacón limpia, bien acomodado todo, respetaron el precio visto en la página

Cons:

la habitacion no cuenta con cotrol remoto para ajustar la temperatura del clima, no hay red wifi, no tienen opciones para recomndar donde solicitar alimentos

It was a basic room that allowed me to rest after a long night of travelling & comfort of aircond.

I liked that my room had air conditioner.
