Pros:

The location was very noisy!
There is no person to check you in so it was a bit of a hassle.
The room was very nice and the AC was great!
I was there in a heat wave, so AC was much appreciated!

Pros:

De locatie. Hart van Utrecht

Cons:

Geen receptie. Dit betekent dat je met je koffers aan het slepen moet voor je binnen mag en nadat je weg moet. Tel dus gauw € 100 op bij je verblijf.

Pros:

Locatie is top, vlak bij de winkels en veel horeca in de buurt. Airco werkt goed, ook wel fijn aangezien we op een zolderkamer lagen tijdens een hittegolf. Sanitair is nieuw en schoon en er is lekkere zeep en shampoo van Rituals.

Cons:

Toen we op de dag van vertrek de kamer uitliepen zagen we stapels beddengoed in een soort kast onder de trap in stapels op de grond liggen. Vlak naast het pad waar hotelgasten langs lopen. Zag er niet zo netjes en hygiënisch uit.

Gerne nochmal - absolut emofehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top im Zentrum gelegen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.

Great location but noise needs to be considered
Pros:

The location is great! 10 minute walk from the train station, great access to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

It’s above the restaurant and the one night the staff were up until about 2am and chatting in the courtyard. It wouldn’t have been a problem but the room was right above it so we struggled to sleep until asking them to keep it down a bit.

Wunderschönes Hotel in belebter Lage.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit einem tollen Bad.
Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem.
Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist sehr gut, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Lage an einen beliebten Platz mit vielen Lokalitäten, kommt es zu einem gewissen Geräuschpegel. Das Hotel hat uns aber mit Ohrstöpseln versorgt, so dass wir sogar bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Wir hatten im Vorfeld um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und ein Zimmer nach hinten raus unterm Dach bekommen.

Pros:

Great room in a great location. The room was spacious and the bed was amazing.

Cons:

A mini bar with some soda would be nice! It was also quite expensive for one night. I wouldn't spend this amount of money for just one night next time but this time it was a birthday gift.

Kleine pech, lieve oplossing
Pros:

Bij aankomst in mijn kamer merkte ik dat twee lampen niet werkten. Het was al laat in de avond, dus ik nam contact op met de klantenservice via het telefoonnummer dat het hotel aanbiedt. Omdat er op dat moment niemand beschikbaar was om de lampen te vervangen, boden ze meteen aan om mijn kamer te wisselen voor een veel betere.

Dat was voor ons heel belangrijk, want ik reisde met mijn zus voor studieredenen en we moesten de volgende dag examens afleggen. Goede verlichting om ’s avonds te kunnen studeren was dus essentieel. Ik legde de situatie uit en ze begrepen het volledig. Ze vonden snel een passende oplossing en gaven ons een ruimere en comfortabelere kamer.

We waardeerden hun snelle reactie en klantvriendelijke aanpak enorm.

Cons:

Wat ik minder prettig vond, is dat het hotel vlak bij een groot uitgaansgebied ligt met veel bars en restaurants. Het geluid van de straat was duidelijk hoorbaar. Mensen bleven tot twee uur ’s nachts of zelfs later buiten drinken en praten, waardoor ik niet goed heb kunnen slapen.

Als je komt voor een gezellige sfeer en uitgaan, is het een perfecte locatie. Maar dat was in ons geval niet zo, omdat mijn zus en ik de volgende dag examens hadden. Het is een belangrijk detail dat toekomstige gasten moeten weten.

Nice hotel and room, perfect if you do NOT want to sleep
Cons:

Wrong choice: I've been in the area around easter time and the hotel seemed perfect for my next trip. When I visited then in may i unfortunatly found out, that with the warmer weather about a 1000 people are partying at the market place next to the church ...Stupid me that i didn't read the complaints from other reviews about the noise... I paid 222.- € for maybe 4 hours of sleep: thank you, no, i wouldn't visit again...but the room was very nice...

Die Lage war super,

Cons:

das Haus ist seht hellhörig.
Die Kneipen vor der Haustür sind super, wenn man aber im Bett liegt, kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen da man sonst mitten im Geschehen ist.

Lage in der Innenstadt hat Vor- und Nachteile.
Pros:

Für junge Leute ist die Lage top. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Am Freitag und Samstag war es nachts sehr laut. Ich konnte kaum schlafen. Parkplatzsituation schwierig. Kein Hinweis auf CSD und damit Verkehrsbehinderungen. Kein Ansprechpartner, alles online. Schlüsselcode umständlich.
