Kleine pech, lieve oplossing

Bij aankomst in mijn kamer merkte ik dat twee lampen niet werkten. Het was al laat in de avond, dus ik nam contact op met de klantenservice via het telefoonnummer dat het hotel aanbiedt. Omdat er op dat moment niemand beschikbaar was om de lampen te vervangen, boden ze meteen aan om mijn kamer te wisselen voor een veel betere.

Dat was voor ons heel belangrijk, want ik reisde met mijn zus voor studieredenen en we moesten de volgende dag examens afleggen. Goede verlichting om ’s avonds te kunnen studeren was dus essentieel. Ik legde de situatie uit en ze begrepen het volledig. Ze vonden snel een passende oplossing en gaven ons een ruimere en comfortabelere kamer.

We waardeerden hun snelle reactie en klantvriendelijke aanpak enorm.

Cons:

Wat ik minder prettig vond, is dat het hotel vlak bij een groot uitgaansgebied ligt met veel bars en restaurants. Het geluid van de straat was duidelijk hoorbaar. Mensen bleven tot twee uur ’s nachts of zelfs later buiten drinken en praten, waardoor ik niet goed heb kunnen slapen.

Als je komt voor een gezellige sfeer en uitgaan, is het een perfecte locatie. Maar dat was in ons geval niet zo, omdat mijn zus en ik de volgende dag examens hadden. Het is een belangrijk detail dat toekomstige gasten moeten weten.

Nice hotel and room, perfect if you do NOT want to sleep
Cons:

Wrong choice: I've been in the area around easter time and the hotel seemed perfect for my next trip. When I visited then in may i unfortunatly found out, that with the warmer weather about a 1000 people are partying at the market place next to the church ...Stupid me that i didn't read the complaints from other reviews about the noise... I paid 222.- € for maybe 4 hours of sleep: thank you, no, i wouldn't visit again...but the room was very nice...

The room itself with the double bed was really nice.

Cons:

I wish I had known about the stairs that needed to be climbed. They were challenging with luggage. And guests should be aware that it's a very noisy area, especially on a weekend.

Lage in der Innenstadt hat Vor- und Nachteile.
Pros:

Für junge Leute ist die Lage top. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Am Freitag und Samstag war es nachts sehr laut. Ich konnte kaum schlafen. Parkplatzsituation schwierig. Kein Hinweis auf CSD und damit Verkehrsbehinderungen. Kein Ansprechpartner, alles online. Schlüsselcode umständlich.

Die Lage war super,

Cons:

das Haus ist seht hellhörig.
Die Kneipen vor der Haustür sind super, wenn man aber im Bett liegt, kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen da man sonst mitten im Geschehen ist.

Mooi hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Super locatie en mooi hotel goed geronoveerd en fijn dat er airco was. Was erg schoon en mooi in een oud pand.

Cons:

Doordat het een goede locatie heeft kan je wat last ervaren van mensen die op de terrassen zitten. We hoorden geen beat van een disco maar wel gepraat tot in de late uurtjes.

Great location, but you may be disturbed at night by noise from the many nightclubs in the immediate neighbourhood. The room was spacious and clean, with easy electronic door access—just make sure your phone is working

Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien décorées

Cons:

L'emplacement est EXCESSIVEMENT bruyant. Les terrasses des restaurants à l'extérieur ont été très achalandées lors de notre séjour, amenant du bruit jusqu'à 2 ou 3 AM. Nos chambres étant en façade, ce fut très difficile de dormir.
De plus, l'arrivée autonome fut des plus déplaisante. Nous ne pouvions faire notre check in virtuel car ils ont fait une erreur dans l'adresse courriel. Pourtant, les coordonnées étaient bonnes sur booking. Voyant que nous ne pouvions pas faire le check in virtuel, nous avons envoyé un courriel, courriel qui a reçu une réponse 3 jours après notre arrivée. Nous avons donc dû appeler au numéro indiqué à l'hôtel. Heureusement que la problématique a pu être réglée au téléphone et que nous avions une ligne téléphonique, parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres options!
