A really comfortable hotel
Pros:

Quiet room at the back. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom and shower. Nice check-in staff. Great breakfast includes a good buffet but also freshly cooked options .

Cons:

Standard room a bit small.

Excellent Hotel just outside Newcastle
Pros:

Nice location just north of Newcastle away from the city centre but with excellent public transport links into the city. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Welcoming staff, nice room & bathroom - lovely & clean. Ample parking space. Nice breakfasts

Cons:

No mini fridge in the room,, no bottled water or water fountain provided.
Had to move kettle in order to plug it in to a socket.
Didn't like that there was no powerful light in the ceiling - hard to read info provided via the bedside light
Exceptional circumstances I know,with England playing in the world cup,but it was impossible to have a conversation whilst eating in the restaurant due to the high noise level of the music in the pub.

A very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Room was a good size and very clean, bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic, Air con was superb on what was a very hot day, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

We could have done with a fridge in the room.
