Niestety wanna już powinna być wymieniona, to samo dotyczy klimatyzacji - w pokoju na samej górze klimatyzacja nie chłodziła, to samo z pokojową lodówką.

Las instalaciones bastante antiguas, había mosquitos en la habitación al menos la cama era cómoda!

Primeiro a recepção que fica no 3º andar o que dificultou na chegada, devido à necessidade imediata de orientações. O acesso até chegar ao mesmo andar era bastante escuro e com odor de madeira envelhecida, muiot escuro, mesmo com a luz acesa. O refeitório é bastate apertado, com mesas bem pequenas.

Upon our arrival, we were given room that had a stale smell and it was far from promoted on the Booking.com.

As such, we have decided to leave due to couple of reasons:

1. Stale smell of room
2. No bathroom door (which meant for us to hold until one leaves the room, otherwise it stinked)
3. Location promoted as lively and warm, which from one side sure is, however, there is nothing to eat for at least 2km nor anywhere to have a drink.
4. The building on its own smells aweful and elevator seems to barley work.
5. Breakfast was decent and for that we thank you, however, even that is not considered "continental", much rather would be what is convenient.

As someone who's coming from travel world, working with people on a daily basis, both complaints and good reviews, I consider this to be completely unacceptable.

We are kindly asking for a refund, whether it would be partial or of unused nights, even just the cancellation fee as the level of service over all is highly disappointing.

While trying to leave, we did not manage to communicate in English and we felt like we are being kicked out. We could not even check out normally and it was like "yeah yeah, all good bye". Having such a bad experience for sure make us not recommend this to anybody.

And to have in mind that I'm 6 months pregnant and could not sleep due to walls being like paper, hence, we had to listen to loud group of drunk people sitting until late night is definitely not relaxing, especially not in a place which is promoted as a Hotel.

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick, hatte ich nur wenn ich stand. leider stand es so in der Beschreibung.Das Bild im Netz ist vom sogenannten Wohnzimmer, vielleicht auch Aufenthaltsraum ,der alten Besitzer aufgenommen.Die 2 Glastüren zum Minibalkon klemmen, Das Rollo fiel beim Schließen aus der Verankerung der Decke, sodass man die Türe nicht mehr öffnen konnte geschweige denn das Rollo herunter ziehen. Die Decke im Badezimmer war schimmelig? auf jeden Fall war nass. Vielleicht, angekratzt.Ein uralter Föhn, den man sich nicht traut anzudrehen. Das Holz der eingebauten Kasten Türen roch nach Moder. Das Frühstück eher karg, Für "Süße" o.k. für " Salzige" gab's nur Toast Schinken Schnittkäse und eine Art weichen Schafkäse.Als Obst Äpfel

Eingangsbereich ist sehr dunkel und stinkt nach alte mottenmittel Fahrstuhlbereich ist auch sehr dunkel.
Frühstück war sehr einfach, nur immer das gleiche
Käse, Wurst, gekochte Eier und Frischkäse mit Konfitüre.
Salat, Gurken und die Tomaten haben absolut gefehlt!!!
