Cancelamento indevido de reserva

não fiquei no hotel

Cons:

cancelaram minha reserva horas antes do check-in, sendo que não exigia pagamento antecipado.
não fizeram nenhum esforço pra resolver, dps ofereceram que eu dormisse em um colchão no quarto duplo minúsculo por quase o mesmo valor que pagaria no meu quarto.
por fim, depois de falar com o gerente, arrumaram um quarto por uma noite, o que não resolveu pois minha estadia era de 3 dias.
o hotel culpa o booking, o booking culpa o hotel e eu que saí no prejuízo :)
