Pros:

Der Spa Bereich ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch vom Abendessen waren wir sehr begeistert, sowohl die Qualität als auch der Geschmack haben uns überzeugt.

Dachpools inmitten der Berge !
Pros:

Megatolles Poolerlebnis - Spabereich außergewöhnlich:) muss man unbedingt nutzen!
Sehr schönes gemütliches Zimmer- ausreichende Größe, eine Minibar wäre noch schön gewesen. Aber es fehlt an nichts :)
Ausreichend Parkplätze,Personal sehr freundlich,sehr netter Empfang!

Cons:

Auf keinen Fall im Nachbarhotel essen … das Allerschlechteste Essen :Fleisch noch fast roh ,komisch gerochen ,mit Fertigsosse und fast ungekochten Bohnen - Spaghetti im Wasser mit geschmackloser Bolognese für 17 Euro :) … wir mussten noch ein anderes Restaurant aufsuchen-
Frühstück im Hotel ok - aber kein Highlight.

An almost perfect stay with one disappointing sauna experience
Pros:

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location and surroundings were fantastic, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy Lermoos. Overall, an excellent hotel that we would happily visit again!

Cons:

The only disappointing part of our stay was an uncomfortable experience in the sauna. A male staff member asked us to leave because we were wearing underwear on the lower part of our bodies, despite being covered with towels.

We completely understand and respect that sauna areas may have specific rules. However, we felt that the situation could have been handled with more understanding and sensitivity, especially regarding personal comfort and privacy.

It was unfortunate that such a small detail affected an otherwise perfect stay. We hope the hotel will consider a more considerate approach in similar situations in the future.

Wellnessbereich top! Hier wäre es schön, wenn man in dem Bistro noch etwas Obst oder ähnliches anbieten würde. Ansonsten absolut nichts auszusetzen. Schön gestaltet, die Betten sind bequem, es gibt Decken, Pool und Whirlpool in der 3. Etage mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge, genügend Saunen. Täglich mehrere Aufgüsse. Frühstück ok. Pluspunkt: Es gibt die Möglichkeit sich beim Frühstück einen Sekt zu nehmen.

Cons:

Beim Buchen wurde uns in der Ansicht ein modernes Doppelzimmer mit Bergblick verkauft. Wir haben ein unrenoviertes Familienzimmer bekommen. Es war am gleichen Tag nicht mehr möglich das Zimmer zu wechseln, also wechselten wir es am nächsten Tag. Das moderne Zimmer war sehr schön, jedoch sind diese Zimmer nach vorne raus. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tankstelle. Wir fanden es trotzdem die bessere Wahl, und haben uns geärgert nicht direkt das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen zu haben. Beim Frühstück waren einen Morgen die Croissants leer.
