Pros:

Good central location, close to Merchant City. Room and bathroom lovely.

Cons:

For awareness only, rooms are located at top of the building. So there's quite some stairs to climb! Not a problem for most, but may be an issue for some.

My only niggle for what was otherwise a great stay was the bed. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

Loved it, wish I had booked for longer. It is charming and welcoming.
Pros:

The location is great, close to the station and the city. The property is charming. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Stairs are always a challenge with luggage. The staff carried my bag up for me and probably would have helped me bring it down, but I didn't ask so I can't complain. It was a minor issue only.

Schönes kleines Hotel für ein paar Tage in Glasgow
Pros:

Wir waren einige Tage in Glasgow, damit wir uns in Ruhe die Stadt und die Gegend anschauen konnten. Dafür war das kleine Hotel mit nur sechs Zimmern eine sehr gute Basis. Die Zimmer liegen im 2. OG über dem Pub. Dort gibt es sehr gutes Essen und abends kann man immer einen Drink nehmen, obwohl es ab und zu sehr voll ist. Ein Pub halt - und das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Das kontinentale Frühstück war ziemlich süß, aber mit viel frischem Obst. Ein Upgrade auf ein schottisches Frühstück war möglich, haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Das Fenster - jedenfalls in unserem Zimmer - ließ sich nur mit großer Kraftanstrengung öffnen.

Gezellig hotel/pub op goede locatie.
Pros:

Goede locatie aan de rand van het centrum met (beperkte) parkeermogelijkheid op eigen terrein. In de pub onder de kamers was het heel (gezellig) druk met veelal locals. Eten in de pub en het ontbijt was goed. Wij voelden ons hier erg thuis, lekker in de namiddag en avond met boekje en Ipad aan een tafeltje in de pub (op de kamer was eigenlijk ook geen ruimte om te zitten).

Pros:

L’extrême gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement et l’atmosphère du bar-restaurant du même nom.

Cons:

Il faisait un peu chaud au dernier étage, mais la chambre était équipée d’un petit ventilateur.

City overnight stay at reasonable price with good food and staff.
Pros:

Helpful polite staff. Food arrived quickly and was very good. In the morning the staff member setting out the continental breakfast called a taxi for me.
