Perfect location, great value, compact rooms
Pros:

Stayed here for a few days and it did the job well. Location is unbeatable — pretty much everything worth seeing is walkable, which is a huge plus.

The rooftop is the real highlight. Stunning views of the Acropolis and the surrounding landmarks. Worth going up for sunset.

Overall a solid pick if you want to be in the heart of Athens without breaking the bank. Just pack light and keep your expectations reasonable on room size.

Cons:

Rooms are on the smaller side, perfect for 2 but the moment you open sofa bed, no place to walk or open suitcase. but honestly for a central Athens stay, you’re not spending much time in them anyway.

One thing that caught me off guard — no electrical outlets in the bathroom. If you travel with a hair dryer or electric razor, plan accordingly. The bathrooms are also pretty compact, though functional.

Pros:

Mooi centraal gelegen locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende uitrusting van de kamer. Vanaf dakterrras mooi uitzicht op de Akropolis. Prachtig ook in de avonduren bij schemer.

Cons:

Douchedeuren sloten onvoldoende om het buiten raken van water buiten de douchebak tegen te houden. Balkon aan oostzijde geeft 's ochtend meteen brandede zon, waardoor buiten op balkon ontbijten niet lekker is. Er is geen zonnecherm of parasol om dit tegen te gaan.

Good location, lots of restaurants and sights within walking distance.

Cons:

More English speaking television channels, and a list of the ones available would save time versus hunting through hundreds of channels one at a time.

Pros:

Close to the train station and restaurants. It's relatively safe and easy to get to. The apartment we stayed in faced away from the mainstreet so it was quiet - we couldn't hear the bar downstairs.

Pros:

VERY comfortable and moderniized, and generally clean, in a great location-easy access to metro and sites, roof top deck with view of Acropolis big bonus!!

Cons:

Stairwell needed more lighting.
Did not meet staff in person, but fortunately did not have a need to do so. Very good value. I would recommend it to others and return again if needed to visit Athens

Excellent option for Apartment style accommodation in Athens.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Close to all main attractions. By walking you can reach most of the attractive places in Athens center and surrounding. Staff were very friendly, Very good response on whatsapp and call. The rooftop was very nice view. You can see Acropolis from the rooftop of the building.

Cons:

The check in is late @ 3 p.m. It is better if it can be earlier. No facility in the building. Like GYM or Food service. You can improve more the roof top. Sound insulation in the apartments are not that good.

Perfekt für einen Städtetripp in Athen
Pros:

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Geschirr, Gläser , Besteck, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler.
Eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse für alle Gäste nutzbar mit direktem Blick auf die Akropolis, einfach Traumhaft . Sehr gute Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, Metro, Straßenbahn zum Strand, nebenan gleich eine tolle Möglichkeit zum frühstücken ( Café Finale).

Pros:

Great location. Good to walk around Plaka and Monastiriki. We unfortunately arrived a little late due to flight issues so didnt get to spend as much time in the apartment as we would have liked. Really lovely though and great rooftop to see the acropolis.
