Malísimo,en primer lugar nada que ver con las habitaciones que publican,frente a la laguna,cuando llegas te llevas la sorpresa, cobran anticipadamente para que no tengas la opción de retractarte y si lo haces pierdes tú dinero porque no te hacen reembolso y por supuesto Booking no se hace responsable,hice la gestión de cancelación y no respondieron simplemente se hacen los locos, hay muchos lugares bellos en bacalar y a mucho menor precio, son unos sinvergüenzas todavía llamé para confirmar la cancelación y pudieran rentar a un necesitado en ese lugar feo,porque no lo vale,y me dijeron,si si se le hará el reembolso y no contestaron nunca a mi petición...no paguen por adelantado en este lugar,al menos gané experiencia...

this place is misleading in the following aspects: the actual place with reception is far from the lake (there are most cabanas - ca 15 min walking crossing a forest full of mosquitos), then there are 2 apartments in a house (one of them was ours) which is about 200m from the lake for which you have to cross the main street by the lake (impossible to leave kids alone). there is one small and rather dirty pool by the reception so rather useless for clients in the house. the pictures of the pool dont reflect the reality. the apartment itself is one big room painted completely white to cover the rather poor conditions (lose sink, holes in window so ants crawl in immediately, toilet seat lose, etc). The sofa bed that is advertised for additional people breaks your back as it has an iron bar in the middle of the sofa.

Lastig te vinden omdat er niet echt een bord is en het deel bij de receptie en de kamer was een beetje dor en niet heel aantrekkelijk om veel tijd door te brengen.

Difficile à trouver surtout si vous arrivez la nuit. Hébergement peu agréable, finitions très moyennes, pas d'équipements, propreté très limite.

There where ants in the basin bathroom area of the room. There was no privacy to shower, a curtain is needed for privacy between the bed area and the shower area. I’m sorry but the personnel came into my room even when we told them no cleaning was needed, and to not to come please, and they stole toiletries that we had brought and took part of my creams oils and even inciense. This is unacceptable. They didn’t take any valuables, but the fact that they came into the room even when we told them not to, and conducted this ant stealing makes it a violation of my privacy and well being. Besides the room was far apart from reception and we arrived by taxi with a lot of luggage and instead of the girl telling me how far and uncomfortable it would be to drag out luggage through terrain with no cement, dirt road, she oddly didn’t say anything and the taxi left and it was a horrific hassle to take our luggage to the room. She could have made us aware of the conditions so the taxi would have dropped us of in the room. I’m very sad that the stealing took place because otherwise I would love to return. But I can’t trust my belongings in this place. The keepers of the place are friendly and nice and it isn’t personal at all, they just have this May stealing culture which is a no no for me.

La verdad yo diría que es publicidad engañosa, la imágenes te muestran que te vas a quedar enfrente de la laguna y no es nada a lo de las imágenes te quedas muy legos de lo que muestras, me puse hablar con los demás huéspedes y les paso lo mismo que a nosotros.

We were without power for about 12 hours, but I’m not sore anything could have been done.

No me gustó el tamaño de la cama. En la habitación había dos camas medianas y a mi esposo y a mí nos resultaba incómodo dormir en una sola, era muy estrecha. Tuvimos que dormir separados.

También el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy ruidoso. Lo ponía al mínimo, pero aun así hacía mucho ruido.

Wifi speed is tough for making work calls. Loft is overpriced for what you get.
