Heaven with not appropriate keepers
Pros:

I loved the place, the exhuberant nature, feels like being in the middle of the jungle.

Cons:

There where ants in the basin bathroom area of the room. There was no privacy to shower, a curtain is needed for privacy between the bed area and the shower area. I’m sorry but the personnel came into my room even when we told them no cleaning was needed, and to not to come please, and they stole toiletries that we had brought and took part of my creams oils and even inciense. This is unacceptable. They didn’t take any valuables, but the fact that they came into the room even when we told them not to, and conducted this ant stealing makes it a violation of my privacy and well being. Besides the room was far apart from reception and we arrived by taxi with a lot of luggage and instead of the girl telling me how far and uncomfortable it would be to drag out luggage through terrain with no cement, dirt road, she oddly didn’t say anything and the taxi left and it was a horrific hassle to take our luggage to the room. She could have made us aware of the conditions so the taxi would have dropped us of in the room. I’m very sad that the stealing took place because otherwise I would love to return. But I can’t trust my belongings in this place. The keepers of the place are friendly and nice and it isn’t personal at all, they just have this May stealing culture which is a no no for me.

El personal muy atentos y la habitación muy bonita

Cons:

La verdad yo diría que es publicidad engañosa, la imágenes te muestran que te vas a quedar enfrente de la laguna y no es nada a lo de las imágenes te quedas muy legos de lo que muestras, me puse hablar con los demás huéspedes y les paso lo mismo que a nosotros.

Pros:

La habitación muy amplia, todo el mobiliario estaba nuevo, la alberca acogedora, la casa club y su muelle muy bien cuidados. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Para llegar a casa club pasamos por un sendero entre árboles

Cons:

La regadera no tenía suficiente presión de agua.

Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel. Está cerca de la laguna. También el hotel tiene un área con piscina y un pequeño bosque donde se puede pasear. Cerca hay varios restaurantes.

También me gustó el personal del hotel. Son personas muy amables y agradables.

Cons:

No me gustó el tamaño de la cama. En la habitación había dos camas medianas y a mi esposo y a mí nos resultaba incómodo dormir en una sola, era muy estrecha. Tuvimos que dormir separados.

También el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy ruidoso. Lo ponía al mínimo, pero aun así hacía mucho ruido.

Pros:

Walking distance to town, Nice restaurant attached with a 10% discount, main draw card was the private dock which was a great time.

Cons:

Wifi speed is tough for making work calls. Loft is overpriced for what you get.

Amazing stay, peaceful and beautiful
Pros:

The deluxe room was huge and beautifully designed in all white, giving a very fresh and relaxing feeling. The bed was very large and the bathroom was spacious, with plenty of storage. The terrace was lovely, surrounded by trees and palm trees, creating a jungle-like atmosphere. The lagoon is just one minute away and absolutely stunning.

I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have a car!

Cons:

The wifi was unreliable in the room.

Goede plaats voor kort verblijf om baccalar te zien
Pros:

Niet ver van de lagoon, gewoon straat oversteken en je hebt toegang tot privé gedeelte aan het water.
Heel goed restaurant net ernaast, waar je bovendien korting krijgt. Hier hebben wij de beste margarita’s van onze hele roadtrip in Mexico gedronken.

Cons:

Was wat vochtig in de kamer.
Alles was ooit mooi wit geverfd, maar heeft de tijd niet zo goed doorstaan

Excellent emplacement.
Accès au ponton au bout du chemin pour admirer la lagune qui est extraordinaire.
Le personnel est très gentil.
Le restaurant au bout du chemin est excellent,un bracelet nous permet d avoir 10%.
Le jardin avec les hamacyest très reposant avec la piscine.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Habitación y baño muy grandes, con nevera y cafetera en la habitación. Personal muy agradable. Presión de agua de la ducha bien.
Piscina en la instalación y acceso a la laguna aunque tenías que atravesar una calle y abrir una puertecita para acceder al muelle.

Cons:

Algo retirado del pueblo.

Illusoire..photos trompeuses, tres tres déçu 😞

Ne correspond en rien a un 5 étoiles 🌟, emplacement tres mal indiqué, manque des panneaux signalisation, aucun panneau signalant l hotel .
1 seule chambre apparemment donnant sur la lagune mais pas la nôtre... notre chambre certe grande mais tres vetuste fait partie d un batiment independant Aucune déco, lits soit disant grand .
Ensembles mal entretenue, personnel indifférent.
Obligé de parcourir un chemin caillouteux et pleins de trous pour acceder a la lagune. Traverser la route ouvrir un.portail pour aller au Ponton pas entretenu, attention écharde et dangeureux.
Piscine qui ne donne pas envie de s y baigner plutot verte que bleue et rien avoir avec la peinture du fond...
Les photos du site sont trompeuses et sublimées mais ne correspondent pas a la réalité.
On avait loué 3 nuits mais on a du ecourté au bout de la deuxième trop bruyant car au bord de la route et écœuré de s etre fait avoir .
Aller jusqu au bout des photos et cliquer sur la chambre louée.
Je déconseille cet établissement et je souhaite que booking fasse un.peu plus attention a leur prestataire.....🤑🤑

Petit hôtel familial propre avec un joli ponton
Pros:

Petit hôtel familial. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Lits confortables. Personnel très sympa.
Hôtel entouré par la nature, beaucoup d’oiseaux à observer!
Le ponton est très agréable mais à 10min à pied des chambres principales (plus près des chambres appelées « luxe » )

Cons:

La piste d’accès est difficile à trouver!
Le nom Royal Palm est mal choisi, c’est un petit hôtel familial simple.
La piscine est petite et ne donne pas envie du tout.
L’hôtel est loin du centre à pieds.
Frigo et clim rendent la chambre un peu bruyante.
