Wspaniały hotel
Pros:

Wspaniały hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, przepyszne śniadania, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Bardzo czyste baseny i zawsze dostępne leżaki. W hotelu panuje bardzo miła i rodzinna atmosfera. W barze serwują bardzo dobry lunch, przepyszne drinki i freddo capuccino.

I would reccomend Hermes to anyone. The staff were so friendly, especially Albina. Made our stay even better!

Pros:

Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out alles perfekt. Die Lage: nur ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Meer, mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Pool: sehr liebevoll und alles frisch, wie bei Freunden zum Brunch. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles top sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Möglichkeit beim Check-out Pool, Toilette und Dusche noch bis zu meiner Abreise am Nachmittag nutzen zu können.

Pros:

The location is very good, near the beach. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the conditions very good. The room was quiet very clean and comfortable enough. Although the airport is located near the property , the noise of the airplanes passing over did not disturb us at all. The swimming pool was very clean and we enjoyed our time there.
The breakfast was served with a large variety of food and was really enjoyable.
As far as the staff was concerned, they were all very welcoming, friendly and positive.
I believe that it was a very good experience for us choosing Hermes Hotel and we definitely recommend it too.

Bellissima struttura e colazione da 10...e lode!
Pros:

Colazione fantastica..di tutto e di più...complimenti!!!
Inoltre il plus e' poterla degustare all'esterno a bordo piscina.
A proposito di piscina e cortile esterno, abbiamo passato un bel pomeriggio di relax con una piacevole musica in sottofondo.
Camera pulita e spaziosa come il bagno. Terrazzino della camera piacevole.

Toller Aufenthalt in Kamari
Pros:

Sehr schönes familiäres Hotel, toller Pool mit Bar und schön angelegtem Garten, großes Zimmer mit Balkon.
Unser Flug ging erst um 23 Uhr und wir konnten nach unserem Check-Out aus dem Zimmer noch den restlichen Tag den Pool/Bar und Duschen benutzen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig und nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Pros:

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Hermes Hotel in August, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Christos and Albina were exceptional hosts, always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, ensuring there was something for everyone.
Overall, we had a wonderful time at Hermes Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Erwartungen absolut übertroffen!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit Balkon und Blick in den wunderschönen, mit Pflanzen begrünten und blühenden Innenhof. Großartiges Frühstück, wahlweise am Pool oder indoor mit Klimaanlage einzunehmen; großer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Das Hotel ist äußerst gepflegt, wahnsinnig freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück! Es hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen!
Kleiner Supermarkt 100 m entfernt, Autoabstellplatz gegenüber, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand bzw. zur Promenade mit vielen Lokalen.

Cons:

Es war alles zu 200% top!

Cons:

Very disappointing and seriously overpriced

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online and was much older and more dated than expected.

The towels were greyish rather than white, and there was a strange smell coming from the shower. The bathroom was old and poorly maintained, including a yellowed, worn-out anti-slip mat in the shower and an old, scratched plastic toilet seat. Overall, the furniture and interior were clearly outdated and not in line with what you would expect from the hotel’s presentation.

The balcony was also practically unusable while the air conditioning was running, as the hot exhaust air blows directly onto the balcony and the unit is extremely loud.

The pool water was cloudy, which did not exactly add to the feeling of cleanliness.

The concierge was very friendly personally, but unfortunately did not respond appropriately to our negative feedback. No compensation or meaningful solution was offered.

At €140 per night, the hotel was already far too expensive for what it offers. Considering that the regular price is apparently around €200 per night, the value for money is absolutely unacceptable.

The breakfast was okay, but that was probably the only average aspect of the stay.

Overall, this hotel felt like a tourist trap: overpriced, outdated and far below the standard suggested by its photos and pricing. Definitely not recommended.
