Stay here before and always had great service, very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay here,The hotel is in a quiet area in the south shore a 2 min walk (if that) to pleasure beach we we’re lucky enough to book a parking space with our booking. The room was a good size and breakfast was amazing. Would happily stay here again.
If i had to be picky it Could do with a new mattress on one of the beds
Kaz the host was brilliant. I have bad legs and he was more than happy changing rooms to accommodate me needs. In all a very nice man. Free parking, WiFi worked in room. We will be returning.
I'm a big guy and couldn't fir in show cubicle but that's the case in most bnbs for me. Was hoping to get a bath in my room.

Room needed tlc but clean
The location was near pleasure beach and away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance if you wanted it. The owner was very polite and friendly, even challenged our son to a game of pool. Breakfast was first class and kept us filled up for our activities.
The room although it was clean was in need of an upgrade. Wall paper was hanging off the walls at parts, toilet seat top broken, sink damaged (fixed with duct tape) although offered another room due to the sink damaged we decided to stay and all was fine.
Everything was fab, the guy who let us in and the lady serving breakfast was so nice and friendly
Is a little far out frkm town but tram stop over road works perfect £5 for all day travel as many times as you like, the. Guy showed us where to park and to r room, r breakfast was beaut, what I liked was the ask what ya would like for breakfast not just expect everyone wants everything 😋 was a fab stay and will defo stay again❤️ witherspoons 10 minute walk

Great location, 2 mins from the nearest tram stop, fabulous hearty Breakfast (Desperate Dan Size), Staff very friendly and very helpful
The location was great for what we needed and parking included nice bar service.
The decor was not to my taste but not offensive in any way shower adequate for what we needed.
Full English breakfast was to die for!!
