Excellent hospitality from start to finish. The Front Office staff made me feel welcome and ensured a smooth stay. The Club Lounge was a highlight, with attentive service and a comfortable atmosphere. A truly enjoyable experience—I would happily return.

Experience being here was overwhelming. Staffs are soooo professional and cordial enough to come back to this place again & again. Though it was a solo timing but didn’t feel much because of the care they provide. Restaurants are well decorated and gives a proper bengali vibe with a western gesture. Loved it & will definitely visit again with the loved one. Thank you Renaissance!

Amazing stay as always. The property is definitely beautiful but the people make it more beautiful. All the smiling faces on the ground floor give such positive vibe every time you go out and come back to the property. Huge shoutout to Mr. Somrat Saiful as this time I stayed at the property only because of his invitation. Thank you Somrat for the kindness. Also, Mr. Roman is a one stop solution to everything that anyone needs, amazing guy with such warm and positive vibes. He helped me out a lot this time. Huge respect to everyone at the reception for being so approachable and the whole breakfast team for taking such good care throughout my stay. Love the property for sure but love it more because of the people and the whole management.

Come here with my family for buffet lunch .we almost come 34 people together. My relatives and family. I personally love the soup and biriyani. Much appreciated for everything.

My recent maiden stay at the Renaissance Dhaka, which I was forced to cut short due to systemic service failures and substandard property conditions. As a frequent traveler who holds elite Platinum status with several major global hospitality chains (including Hyatt, ITC, Intercontinental, and The Leela Group), I am deeply familiar with premium hospitality standards. My experience at this property was completely antithetical to the Marriott brand promise. Critical deficiencies includes the substandard Executive Lounge & Beverage Service. The paid executive lounge services were highly disappointing, featuring constrained food options and severely limited beverage selections. During the defined cocktail hours, replenishment was heavily delayed. Shockingly, there was limited to no offering of liquor. When these beverage deficiencies were highlighted, the lounge executives offered unconvincing justifications. The staff operated under the incorrect perception that I was an inexperienced traveler, creating an embarrassing situation and completely mismanaging my expectations.
Deplorable Housekeeping Standards. Multiple times throughout my stay, my room was replenished with torn, tattered towels featuring frayed edges. Despite raising concerns about this poor quality, the issue was never rectified. Furthermore, the dining napkins at the restaurant downstairs were in a similarly degraded condition.
Poor Room Maintenance. The bathroom mirror in my room was visibly rusty, further confirming a lack of quality control and property maintenance.
Due to this compounding agony and the property's failure to provide a baseline luxury experience, I had no choice but to curtail my stay.
Given the severity of these service lapses, the embarrassment caused by the lounge staff was the trigger point.

It was another Wonderful stay at the most happening property of Dhaka with City’s best location

Had an excellent overall experience at the Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel In Bangladesh. The room was luxurious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The restaurant offered delicious food, a pleasant ambiance, and excellent service. The staff were friendly, professional, attentive, and always welcoming. From the entrance i feel so warm and welcoming, The lobby ambience is super expressing. Overall, a truly comfortable and memorable stay with outstanding hospitality. I'll love to come again if i getting plan for stay an Hotel, I'll choose Renaissance again and Again.
