Great location and facilities, friendly staff, but the pillows could have been nicer.
Pros:

Location was good, only a few minutes walk from Waterloo and over the bridge to Westminster. Plenty of eating options nearby.

Cons:

Basement room was a little small and gloomy - as expected - I was next to the lift which I could notice every time it was used. The pillows did not give a particularly comfortable night's sleep.

Another comfortable and happy stay.
Pros:

Clean, spacious and great value room. Location is great.

Cons:

Small Reception area and no other facilities apart from the room. A kitchen area but no complimentary tea and coffee. Bring your own and supermarket right opposite the hotel so easily solved.
