Brilliant! Would recommend to anybody visiting London!
Pros:

The rooms were lovely, cleaned daily, staff were friendly, air con was brilliant especially in the 30-36 degree heat, location was brilliant - 5 minute walk to Waterloo station.

Cons:

No complaints! I’d definitely stay here again

Todo en general. Valoro mucho el silencio y la ubicación. Está en una callecita peatonal muy típica y cerca del centro a tres cuadras de la ribera del río, 5 del London Eye y 6 del puente de Westminster.

Perfect location, great place to stay!
Pros:

The location was perfect, really close to the city center and to the metro/train station of Waterloo.
There’s air conditioning, the room was clean and the shower is optimal.

Cons:

The room cleaning service usually came around 4 PM, so if we were in the room at that time they couldn’t clean it. I was more used to housekeeping coming in the morning, but it wasn’t a big issue overall.

Overall, room was nice but experience let us down heavily.
Pros:

Good location, close to shops.

Clean facilities.

Cons:

Not safe. Doors were locket yet someone at 4:30am attempted to open the door multiple times but luckily it was locked. This had us feeling unsafe as two females staying alone and we weren’t able to sleep after that.

The iron was also bad quality and would leak.

If you book this property, be mindful.

Good value , excellent staff
Pros:

Clean , had a small kitchen which was very useful. The sheets felt like 100% cotton and we were able to open the window to get fresh air. The area behind was very quiet.

Cons:

The coffee machine didn’t work but when I went down the member of staff gave me a free coffee!

Pros:

So we booked 2 rooms here, one was pretty good, the other the AC did not work, we were told they can’t fix it, basically too bad and they gave us 2 fans to try to cool the room off after having the window open on an almost 80* day. So yeah, it was hot. No discount, couldn’t switch rooms for us because they claim they are fully booked. Overpriced to not have good customer service.
