Pros:

Chambre très agréable, futon très confortable. Maison très propre. Check-in très facile.
Beaucoup de place de parking disponible et gratuite.
On peut également laver et sécher son linge gratuitement.
Il y a une cuisine très bien équipé, ça été très agréable de prendre notre petit déjeuner là-bas.
Konbini et restaurants très proche du logement.
Je recommande cette guest house.

Pros:

Toll, einfach nur Toll! Alles vorhanden, top Service. Man kann bis 13 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben, wenn man es möchte, und das ohne draufzuzahlen. Einfach extrem kundenfreundlich und super organisiert. Danke!

老闆非常友善親切
共用廚房的設備也相當完善
有洗衣機跟烘衣機可以用
如果開車前往的話非常方便，有提供免費的停車位置
附近走路幾分鐘就能到大型超市
整體而言CP值非常高的住宿空間

Cons:

洗面台が1つだけで、浴室内にあるため、他のゲストが入浴中は洗面台が使えない。
夜寝る前の歯磨きができなかった。

I liked that you were able to rent bikes and the room was quite airy and comfortable.

Cons:

Communication was a bit confusing before arrival regarding luggage and wait times for the one bathroom could be quite long.

Pros:

とにかくお部屋、お風呂、トイレ、食堂、廊下など全てが清潔で快適なところ

Cons:

最終日にドアの前にペットボトルの水が置いてなかったことくらい
あとは快適

洗面台、お風呂が使えない
Cons:

洗面台、お風呂が一つしかなくて空いてるかを何度も見に行ったりしなきゃいけない。
使いたい時に使えない。
前の家族が交代でしばらく使っていた。
やっと空いて５分くらい使っていただけなのに次の人がノックしてきて、返事したらまだ使ってるの？遅いんだけどと意味不明に怒られて気分悪かった。
安いからといいかなぁと思ったけど、もう利用はしないかなぁ。

住宅街の中だったので、周囲が静かでよかった点。
洗濯機乾燥機が自由に使える点。
宿泊者に騒がしい人が居なかった点。

Cons:

トイレの隣部屋だったので、AM5時代に使用する人の流す音で不本意な時間に目覚めてしまった点。

便座クリーナーが空になっていた点。

洗面所を増やして！
Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親切でありがたかったです。

Cons:

私達を含めて12人以上が宿泊されていたと思いますが、トイレは2箇所、バスルームが1箇所は厳しいものがありました。誰かがバスルームを使っていると顔も洗えず歯磨きもできないですし、折角お洗濯をさせて頂きましたが取りにも行けない。これは本当に困りました。
あれだけの人数を受け入れるのであればせめて洗面所は増やして頂きたいです。
多分、その分お安いとは思いますが、うちはペット同伴でプラス7,000円必要でしたので割高感がありました。
スタッフさんが良かっただけに残念です。
