Passend für einen unprätentiösen, freigeistigen HH-Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das moderne und unkomplizierte Verfahren des Self-Checkin/out. Die Raumaufteilung mit Hochbett über dem Bad. Stimmige Farben, kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Muss man erlebt haben...wenn ich nach Hamburg fahre, versuche ich immer zuerst hier ein Zimmer zu bekommen! Leider klappt das nicht immer. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl.

Roomy and relaxing in a great location
Pros:

The location was excellent; plenty of food options and travel options very close by. The room, beds and (particularly) the shower were all great. The complimentary breakfast was an unexpected treat, but you need to pay for coffee. Also, the shared kitchen is a little small if more than one person is trying to do anything in it.

Cons:

WiFi didn't work. Also the small kitchen. The kitchen is in the same room as the shared lounge and I think I put off one person while I was cooking a "fragrant" dinner :(. The music studios... guess what, real musicians use them to rehearse in, but the noise doesn't go on until super late, so it is an interesting quirk of the place.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Man ist völlig autark. Check-in und Checkout funktionieren über ein Tablet. Zimmerservice wie Mülleimer leeren, Zimmer aufräumen oder neue Handtücher kann man einfach über einen QR-Code anfordern. Es gibt einen Loungebereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Dort kann man für kleines Geld gekühlte Getränke, Kaffee und Tee kaufen. Abgerechnet wird über PayPal, sumup oder über eine Kasse, in die man den Verzehr bezahlt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass für die Hotelgäste Joghurt und Müsli sowie Milch zum Frühstück kostenlos zur Verfügung stand.
Das absolute Highlight in unserem Zimmer war das Hochbett über dem Badezimmer. Unser Sohn war tatsächlich hin und weg. Betten waren für ein Hotel sehr bequem.
Fußläufig ist der Bahnhof mit S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Bussen innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Dort findet man auch einen sehr gut sortierten REWE Markt. Perfekte Anbindung in die Innenstadt und den Hafen. Mit einer Tageskarte für 8,20 Euro ist man gut unterwegs.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer Straße, hat aber sehr wenig Verkehr dort. Allerdings ist die Bahnstrecke direkt neben dem Hotel und wenn dort Güterzüge durchfahren, wird es nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Die Fenster sind jedoch schallisoliert und wenn sie geschlossen sind, hört man gar nichts mehr.

Pros:

Ein bisschen Jugendherberge-Vibes aber im positivsten Sinne. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, die Einrichtungskombi in den Zimmern aus Holz und Beton mit diesen unendlich hohen Decken ist toll!
Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon! Alle Fenster sind bodentief und deckenhoch was den Raum sehr hell und freundlich macht.
Check-in läuft allein über ein Self-Check-In-Tablet. Nachdem ich dann auch mal meinen kompletten Namen eingegeben habe hat es dann auch funktioniert.
Habe keinerlei Angestellte gesehen, was aber auch nicht schlimm war.
Absolut positiv blieb mir der Gemeinschaftsraum in Erinnerung, auch wenn ich ihn nicht genutzt habe finde ich das Konzept so mega gut: Selbstbedienung und beim online Check-out bezahlen, super stark. Sehr gemütlich war auch die Terrasse, von der aus man den Bands im Raum darunter beim proben zusehen und hören konnte. Wenn du gern deine Ruhe hadt, bist du absolut richtig hier!

Cons:

Ich habe eines der Zimmer, das direkt an den Gleisen liegt erwischt. Mit jedem Containerzug wurde ich etwas durchgeschüttelt. Aber ich hatte auch das Fenster offen, da ich immer bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafe. Geschlossen war es sehr gut isoliert, den Zug hörte und spürte man dann trotzdem noch etwas.
Der Balkon war leider nicht nutzbar bei Regen.
