Unforgettable week in beautiful Binissafullet Vell
Pros:

Lovely family hosts. Peaceful location in natural Menorca surroundings. Garden and rooms tastefully but simply styled which I personally love. The most comfortable bed/mattress ever. Lovely Italian home cooked food on dining nights. Generous continental breakfast with homemade bakes (apple cake was amazing. Cute bar with good wine and beer on tap. Pool was sparkling clean every day. Very good fresh coffee. We had an amazing week and met lovely people including our hosts and shout out to wonderful Willie. Thank you again Giacomo & team 🙏 we will be back!

Cons:

Very little. Perhaps some hot breakfast offerings. Maybe the bar to be open later in some evening, but in fact we wouldn’t be quite so rested as we are! Helpful to have transport.

Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at Binissafullet Vell! The hotel is family-owned, and you can really feel it — the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxed, and we immediately felt at home.
The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet very well situated for exploring Menorca. The property itself is beautiful and has such a lovely, authentic feel.
A special mention to the staff, who were absolutely amazing — incredibly kind, helpful, attentive and also so much fun! They really made our stay even more special.
We stayed here with a friend in August and genuinely loved everything about it. Highly recommend!

Warm, friendly and good value
Pros:

Warm and friendly family run hotel. We were there for a wedding so weren’t there much during the days. It is close to a main road so there is traffic noise but it’s very well located with beaches under 5 min drive away and so was perfect for what we needed.

Cons:

We didn’t use the pool which with the traffic etc didn’t strike me as somewhere you’d want to relax vs. the nearby beaches

Wunderschönes, familiengeführtes Agriturismo mit herzlichen Gastgebern, tollem Frühstück, grossem Pool und hervorragende
Pros:

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem familiengeführten italienischen Agriturismo sehr gut gefallen. Die Finca ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, der Pool angenehm gross und durch die schattigen Plätze ideal zum Entspannen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück mit richtig gutem italienischem Kaffee. Die Inhaber sind stets gut gelaunt, herzlich und sehr freundlich. Zum Apero gibt es sogar hausgemachte Oliven und Chips – eine wirklich schöne und liebevolle Geste.

Von Freitag bis Sonntag kocht der Besitzer selbst, und das Essen war jedes Mal ausgezeichnet. Auch die Preise sind für die Qualität und die grosszügigen Portionen sehr moderat.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Agriturismo jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Un immense merci pour ce séjour absolument merveilleux à Minorque. ❤️
Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir bien plus qu’un magnifique établissement : nous avons surtout rencontré une famille exceptionnelle, chaleureuse, bienveillante et véritablement aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux.
Tout était parfait : la chambre d’une propreté irréprochable, le petit déjeuner tout simplement exceptionnel, et que dire du repas du soir préparé par Giacomo… un véritable délice, c’était simplement divin ! 😍
Nous tenions également à vous remercier pour toutes les petites attentions dont vous nous avez entourés tout au long de notre séjour. Votre gentillesse, votre disponibilité et votre générosité nous ont particulièrement touchés.

Pros:

L' accueil et la bienveillance de tout le personnel.
La grande piscine.
Le petit déjeuner copieux.
Le lieu est calme avec peu de monde ( 9 chambres c'est parfait)
La maison est très bien entretenue ainsi que l'extérieur.
Le dépaysement de cette superbe bâtisse ainsi que sa décoration.
La climatisation dans les chambres.

Cons:

Peut-être un petit peu loin de Ciutadella.

Es un alojamiento con mucho encanto. Muy tranquilo y acogedor.

Cons:

Nos quedamos con las ganas de probar la cocina de Giacomo. En el desayuno echamos de menos más productos artesanos. No obstante, repetiremos si tenemos ocasión.

Pros:

Giacomo, his family and local support make this place very special - rooms are clean and tidy, the pool and outside spaces are tranquil and it is an ideal location to explore Menorca by car. If you need recommendations for places to eat, places to visit l, beaches or even where to watch the football Giacomo will always be there warm and genuine recommendations.

Cons:

An area to make some food would have been helpful and a kettle but this is being picky as I couldn’t recommend Binissafullet Vell anymore as a unique location made special by the people who run it. That being said the description of the location and what is on offer is accurate. You just need to plan meals and be organised.

L'esmorzar.

Cons:

La nostra experiència no ha estat del tot bona. Quan vam arribar, la rebuda va ser simplement donar-nos les claus, sense explicar-nos les normes de l’allotjament ni ensenyar-nos el recinte. Les normes que hi havia en un full dins de l’habitació no coincidien amb les condicions que apareixien a Booking, i nosaltres no les vam veure en arribar.

Durant l’estada, dos familiars ens van haver d’acompanyar fins a l’allotjament i esperar-nos aproximadament mitja hora, ja que després els havíem d’acompanyar a l’aeroport. No sabíem que no estava permès rebre visites. Es van limitar a estar asseguts amb nosaltres a la terrassa i en cap moment van accedir a les zones comuns. Quan els propietaris ens van veure amb ells, la situació va canviar completament i es van posar molt desagradables amb nosaltres. Se’ns va arribar a dir que érem uns «maleducats» i que aquella era casa seua i que no teníem dret a fer entrar ningú. Entenem perfectament que l’allotjament tinga les seues normes, però considerem que aquestes haurien d’estar clarament informades abans o en el moment de l’arribada, especialment si no coincideixen amb les condicions indicades a Booking. Si se’ns haguera explicat aquesta norma en arribar, l’hauríem respectada sense cap problema.
El que més ens va molestar va ser la manera com se’ns va tractar. Creiem que la situació es podia haver explicat perfectament amb educació i respecte, sense necessitat de parlar-nos d’aquesta manera. A partir d’aquell moment es va generar una situació molt incòmoda que va fer que ja no poguérem gaudir de l’estada de la mateixa manera. I és una llàstima, sobretot tenint en compte que no era un allotjament barat. El problema no va ser que ens informaren d’una norma, sinó la falta d’informació prèvia i, sobretot, les males formes amb què se’ns va tractar.
També ens ha sorprès que, en un allotjament situat a Menorca, on el català és una de les llengües pròpies de l’illa, no hi haguera ningú que parlara català.
