Good location, clean and spacious rooms, lively night-time stroll at Olaya street
Pros:

Neat and clean spacious rooms, good location with lively outside olaya street walk between building Alfasialiyah and kingdom towers at evening and night times.

Cons:

Close or nearby rooms (for family and good view options) were not provided or kept despite my earlier request for that. No upgrade (or connected rooms) was considered despite availability. Interconnected rooms were offered for extra charges.
Toilet commode needs upgrade.
Simple, limited items but satisfactory. Small-spaced breakfast dining area.
Access to hotel parking from backside as front road is main road and adjacent paid parking. You have to move all around to get opposite side to enter basement parking area. Car parking card sensor entry pole is at low height.

Great location, staff and overall value of easy access and approachable downtown experience.
Pros:

Staff and especially Yasser were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is great and very tasty.

Cons:

Room service can check a bit more often to check on things like water, coffee...etc
