広めの部屋を予約し正解でした。
Pros:

部屋が広くゆったりし、部屋全体の感じもとても良かったです。浴槽は大きめでゆったりとし、とくにトイレが個室になっているところは最近のホテルでは少ないので有り難かったです。

Fantastic value and comfortable stay
Pros:

Nice clean and modern spacious rooms, staff for excellent and they were really good amenities on site from the spa to connection to restaurants and local train station.

Cons:

The breakfast hall got very busy at times and you had to wait, also could have done with a bit more choice but overall still very good

設備、清潔感、部屋の環境。すべて最高でした。

チェックインの際担当のフロントスタッフが最低でした。笑顔もなければ愛想もない。早口で何を言っているのか聞く気にまなれず。色々なチケットをもらったけど説明もなし。エレベーターの場所すら説明もなし。あまり不満の言わない息子も「あれは正直ひどいなあ。」と。あまりにも納得がいかなかったので部屋へ着きクレームの電話をしました。ちょうどエレベーターに乗られる宿泊らしき方かお見えになりエレベーターの場所がわかりました。評価が高く楽しみにしていました。隣で対応されていたフロントの方はとても優しそうな方でした。運が悪かったのか？その他は最高に良かったです。フロントの方がその方でなければまた宿泊したいです。

Superb stay lovely hotel and well appointed rooms
Pros:

Lovely appointed rooms, clean and discreet, good facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast was also good compared to offerings in the city

Cons:

You could hear a bit of noise at night so ask for a room away from the lifts, but still quieter than most hotels. Also you do have to factor in that extra travel time, but once you figure it out it's not so hard to get around and very cost effective.

最高の4人部屋❣女子旅にピッタリ
Pros:

4人旅でとても広くて素敵な4人部屋だったところ。TVも大きくて良かった。
エレベーターも4台あり充分でした。

Cons:

お風呂が混んでいたところ。女性客が多いので仕方ないと思うのですが、女風呂のドライヤーの数が足らなかったので増やして欲しい。ヘアオイルもしくはヘアミルクを置いて欲しいです。
