Pros:

Location is perfect for the cruise and ferry dock.
Size of the apartment is incredible along with views out of all rooms except kitchen and bathroom.

Bella posizione e vista stupenda, sul resto….
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento con due camere da letto, balcone e vista mare.
Posizione della struttura eccellente, in pieno centro e proprio sul mare. L’appartamento aveva uno stupendo affaccio, tutto a vetrate, molto scenografico.

Per il resto tutto molto trascurato, bagni piccoli e parecchio fatiscenti, livello si pulizia veramente scarso e un fastidiosissimo odore di cibo ad ogni ora (le camere si trovano proprio sopra a due ristoranti).

Nonostante si tratta di una struttura abbastanza grande non dispone di parcheggio ne di convenzioni per parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Non abbiamo avuto troppi problemi ma in periodi in cui il paese è più pieno potrebbe costituire un disagio.

Peccato perché l’edificio è bello e ben posizionato, ma proprio non vale il soggiorno.

Cons:

I bagni non sono minimamente all’altezza della struttura.
La pulizia lascia davvero a desiderare, dalle vetrate opache, al portacenere pieno di mozziconi che abbiamo trovato sul balcone alla polvere un po in ogni dove.
Molto fastidioso anche il perenne odore di cibo che pervade l’appartamento.

Cons:

Je to starsi apartman, dost osumely, vidno ze je uz dlho v uzivani. Kuchynka extremne slabo vybavena.
