Clean and quiet for an airport stay.
Pros:

Even though it's a bit out of the way for the airport, this hotel is clean and comfy and quiet. Although it is similar to other Hamptons around Boston Logan, it is a bit more modern and well-kept so better value than some of the other places around.

Cons:

Because you have to call to request their free shuttle it is not possible if you don't arrive with an American phone number. But once you're at the hotel the shuttle service is good.

We had a great stay at this hotel. About a week before our arrival, we had a package delivered from an online shopping website, and the hotel was happy to receive it for us, which we really appreciated.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, much larger than we expected, making our stay even more comfortable.

There was an issue with my credit card, and I was accidentally charged multiple times. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and promptly canceled the duplicate charges, so everything was resolved without any problems.

We also arranged an airport shuttle through the hotel. The transfer was smooth, and they took us to the airport exactly at the time we had requested.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable

La chambre était très propre, très spacieuse et très agréable. Les deux grands lits doubles pour deux personnes étaient particulièrement appréciables !
Le petit-déjeuner était complet. Les gaufres étaient délicieuses, et il y avait à la fois du salé, du sucré ainsi que des fruits, ce qui est un très bon point.
Le personnel a été très agréable, gentil et également très à l’écoute.
Il y avait aussi de l’eau à disposition pour remplir les gourdes, ainsi que du café, du thé et du chocolat chaud à emporter gratuitement.

Cons:

L’hôtel était un peu excentré par rapport à Boston. Il fallait beaucoup marcher pour rejoindre l’arrêt de bus, puis effectuer au moins une correspondance pour se rendre dans le centre-ville.
Le quartier peut être un peu rebutant au premier abord, car il s’agit principalement d’une zone commerciale et d’activités. Cependant, nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème particulier.

Great place to stay. We have stayed here multiple times.
Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times when in Boston. It's conveniently close to the airport. There is a Market Basket shopping center across the street with a Starbucks and Five Guys. The location is quiet. Heating and a/c work well. Good breakfast is included. Good airport shuttle availability.

Cons:

They charge for early check in. This hotel fills up frequently so I can get expensive when they are busy.
