Pros:

The hotel itself is very nice, super clean and free basic breakfast (which still has a lot of options). Free coffee and water at the lobby. The location is next to a shopping center, at the end of the shopping center there's a train to Boston. This one is not part of the subway network so keep that in mind. It therefore also doesn't run as frequent as a metro. The bus is also an option and the airport is close by.

The included breakfast was outstanding with lots of options to choose from.

Cons:

Location is not great, with poor views onto large warehouse with heavy truck traffic. Also, it is quite a distance from the airport especially given the many construction detours involved.

Everyone was extremely helpful, getting us on and off the shuttle and the shuttle drivers were wonderful! The to go breakfasts were great too!

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to use the shuttle after dropping off our rental and also helped with transportation arrangements the next morning when we had to leave for the airport early.

I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was well laid out. Came down 1 hour before closing and it was more than enough food. Area was well lit and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast.
Location was perfect for a quick lunch across the street and also a grocery store. Laundry convenient and was quite surprised that it was free.

Comfortable and easy
Pros:

The location was chosen because it was near"ish" to the airport and downtown. It was clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The location was also near some industry so there was a noise factor at night with trucks coming and going. Also, the $30 parking fee was not good! The price was already on the high side so did not appreciate this add on.
