Decent stop for a late night flight.

Pros:

Room spacious and very clean. Excellent staff. Kevin night manager very gracious and friendly

Cons:

Signage needed at buffet. Cover your cough. Have Chelsea DPH provide signs in breakfast area. Too many people coughing without covering their mouths. Also guests should have to show room key before admittance. I saw 2 desperate families resting at the buffet than crossed the street after the free breakfast

Overall amazing. The only negative was cleanliness.
Pros:

The staff was amazing!!! The location wasn’t in a bad or good spot, not inconvenient and located right across from a shopping center which was nice and walkable.

Cons:

The cleanliness. I walked into my room and it immediately smelt like someone’s body odor. It made me think the room hadn’t been wiped down with cleaner or the sheets changed. I found belongings of other guest on the floor and even a bug in the bed. I had been traveling for over a week at that point and wanted to take advantage of the washer/dryer but when I went to use it I could see mold and I’m assuming lime scale caked on the inside of the washer like it had never been cleaned. I didn’t have a choice so I used it and it left a smell in my “clean” clothes.

Hotel situato vicino all'aeroporto di Boston ma fuori dalla città. Camera confortevole e silenziosa. Colazione tipicamente all'americana con predilezione di cibi salati.

Cons:

Esosa la richiesta di 30$ a notte per poter parcheggiare l'auto nel piazzale antistante l'Hotel neanche custodito.

Pros:

Hotel tipico americano, vicino all'aeroporto ma fuori dalla città. Camera confortevole, colazione all'americana più salato che dolce.

Cons:

Esoso il costo del parcheggio esterno all'Hotel non custodito (30$ a notte). Sono arrivato 2 ore prima del check in, per anticipare l'assegnazione della camera mi hanno chiesto 75$! Per fortuna il servizio per depositare le valigie era gratuito.

Pros:

location was great. staff were exceptionally helpful. room was comfortable.

Cons:

My room faced some kind of transportation hub and all night I heard the beeping of trucks backing up. I couldn't find a way to keep the fan running to cover the noise. Then around 7 a.m. they started playing music of some kind in the hallways. Also somehow I missed that they were going to charge me $31.88 to park my car overnight.
