A nice home away from home in the Boston area
Pros:

Great location for visiting a family member in Eastie. Across from a few shops, a grocery and walkable to parts of Chelsea; drivable to downtown and other nearby areas. Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, free airport shuttle. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel cómodo, acogedor y bien conectado
Pros:

Muy buen hotel. La habitación limpia y acogedora, nos quedamos 5 días e hicieron la limpieza varias veces. Las camas muy cómodas y el baño y ducha funcionaron bien. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones. Nos gustó mucho el desayuno. La atención del personal fue excepcional. Es fácil llegar al centro de Boston a través del transporte público; hay varias paradas de bus cerca.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien. Únicamente menciono que se nos olvidaron unos zapatos y lastimosamente el personal del hotel no pudo ayudarnos y no los encontraron.

Great value for rest and respite
Pros:

After a long day traveling from the West Coast, and having my flight to Europe canceled, the Hampton Chelsea was a great and reasonably priced place for rest and respite. The quick trip from the airport was easy with the hotel shuttle. The room was modern and spotless. Very comfortable bed and nice layout with appropriately placed plugins and USB chargers for phones. A work desk and chair, large TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Also, a great breakfast including eggs, bacon, potatoes, and waffles, along with the usual continental elements. Friendly staff as well. Highly recommended.

シャトルバスが少ないのが残念

スタッフの対応も良い

Cons:

空港シャトルバスが一台しかなくて全然こない。
50分待って結局タクシー🚕に乗りました。
街の中心から遠いので不便。

Es realmente increible que haya otro hotel que se llame con el mismo nombre en los alrededores del aeropuerto. Uno es Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Chelsea, y el otro es Hampton Inn Logan Airport. Por errro fuimos al otro incialmente. Luego de una larga espera en el check inn nos indicaron el error y nos dicen que pasa todo los dias ....

Buen hotel, pero evite que le den una habitación cerca del parqueo de camiones.

La ubicación del hotel es conveniente en Chelsea, en un área tranquila de Boston.
Los servicios del hotel son correctos y adecuados para estadías cortas.

Cons:

Un área del hotel esta ubicada junto a un parqueo de camiones que empezó su actividad a las 4 am, lo que no permite conciliar el sueño con facilidad.

Fine for an overnight stay not too far from the airport.
Pros:

Location was fine. Very helpful front desk staff. Comfortable beds. Porridge for breakfast!

Cons:

Very noisy air conditioning was intrusive and not helpful for a good nights sleep.

Trucks are noisy!
Pros:

Hampton Inn in general good hotel chain. I specifically choose this hotel for the shuttle from airport.

Cons:

Hotel is located next to trucking yard which has trucks coming and going all night. Not a great experience. main reason for overall low score. The backup warnings from the trucks was the worst. Yard is lite up brighter than christmas tree. Facility at least had dark shades for windows. however the noise is enough for me not to use this hotel again.
