Чистый современный большой номер. Отзывчивый персонал. Мы попросили шатл до аэропорта, нам его оформили, но поскольку он задерживался, девушка с ресепшен, понимая что мы можем опоздать, вызвала такси. Спасибо за заботу!

Poor communication, not very close to the airport.
Pros:

The people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was clean and had adequate electrical outlets for recharging electronics. There was a free breakfast.

Cons:

There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but it was difficult to get much information about it. I called the hotel twice. The first time the system put me on hold and i hung up. The second time I got to a human who answered the phone only to say that she was going to put me on hold. She spoke too rapidly, making it hard to understand. I eventually took an Uber to the hotel and found that the shuttles go once an hour from the hotel to the airport.

A qualidade dos lençóis, limpeza e café da manhã foram acima do esperado. Pude confrontar qualidade x benefícios com o hotel Confort , e o Hampton supera comparativamente todos.

Cons:

Tempo de espera para o Transfer do aeroporto para o hotel. A comunicação com o hotel não foi adequada nesse tema.

I was incorrectly charged during checkout and when I asked about it, the staff member responded in a dismissive and hostile way. After checking, he confirmed I was correct but did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake. I’m more concerned about the way this was handled than the error itself.

Pros:

The staff were really wonderful. Breakfast was good. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

It was a little farther from the airport than I expected being an airport hotel but the shuttle was prompt and very convenient.
